Starbucks — Restaurant in Poquoson

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the barista named Whitney! This girl is the hardest worker I’ve seen in a LONG time! There was a long line in front of me when I parked my cart to get some coffee, but the customers were checked out so fast and before I knew it it was my turn already! She was the only one behind the counter and she worked quickly. She was kind, professional, and gave me a great suggestion on what drink to choose for energy. I let her supervisor know what an outstanding worker she is and even another customer chimed in in agreement! I hope this Starbucks holds onto her and treats her well! 5- Stars Whitney! Nice job...

Very unpleasant experience. Was visiting this location due to business trip. Everything that I purchased was reimbursed by my company as long as I had a receipt to verify how much my expenses were on this trip. Unfortunately, I couldn’t be reimbursed for the order that I purchased here because the front end worker neglected to even ask if I wanted my receipt. The phone number doesn’t work I’ve tried to call them like 4 times they never answer. Last time I went they didn’t even fill my cup all the way. And when I asked her if the drink was made already because I forgot to say oat milk she glared at me. But since she already made it I wasn’t going to make her make another drink.
