The food was absolutely amazing! We came in as a large group of 10, and while most nearby restaurants turned us away—even when we were fine with splitting into two tables—Izzy went above and beyond to accommodate us comfortably. She thoughtfully adjusted the menu to suit the kids and even brought out paper and sketches to keep them entertained, which isn’t something the restaurant normally offers. That extra care made the experience so enjoyable for everyone. Between the warm hospitality and the delicious food, this place truly deserves five stars! Highly recommend…

This is a nice little restaurant. We enjoyed our meal. We got the tomato bisque soup, which came in a to-go cup. We thought that was a bit strange so we asked about it we're told that's just how they do it. No big deal. The soup was good but could have been hotter. We also got the flat bread and it was delicious. However it was more like a thin crust pizza than a flat bread. We really enjoyed it though! Overall a great experience! Definitely give them a try!

A great new restaurant in Port Angeles that has interesting menu choices and healthy foods has arrived. The spicy fig flatbread has wonderful flavors and just the right amount of heat. I can’t wait to go back to try the crab melt and arugula and beet salad! The ambience is really cool and it is definitely a nice date night spot serving great hard ciders from a local cidery.

Not sure what the hype is about. The menu is not correct on other reviews and from their website. It was a augmented menu when we came in. The Fig and Goat cheese flatbread was changed to Brie and chili fig, very sparse on the fig stuff. More like a cracker plate for 14.00.

Service was mechanical and the server really had no idea on what they would actually bring to the table, she just kind of ad -libed it and hoped for the best I guess. I sense they feel its so good, that you should just eat it and think OMG that's great, just because they brought it out? Its not the usual fare for the PA folks, so that's the reason its so acclaimed to me.

The items offered are explosive and generous one day and the next, not. Very inconsistent and biased plating, maybe the locals and friends get the good stuff, others not so much. Has a feel that its a side hobby or experiments, we are the test subjects!

Inside is clean and decor is DIY stuff that is stylish and plain, burlap over a picture frame is creative and neutral, but lacks any real feel to it.

Long narrow space with the server and counter area way in the back. If there is someone at the front, it works. If not, you are standing and holding your hat for a while if its busy.

It may hold up and stay open. Once the tourists are gone, we will see how...

New restaurant in Port Angeles. Really good food, service is working its kinks out. They have what appears to be a hostess station up front but the servers all stand at the back of the restaurant at the POS because they’re busy entering orders which means they have to notice you in order to be seated. Not a big deal, just some feedback. The atmosphere is very…undone? Seems like they hurried to open during tourist season (smart!). I wish they served Mighty Pine beer consistently instead of the collaboration with a different brewery. I saw they had one Mighty Pine on but they had it mislabeled and didn’t have the brewery name correct. Details matter! The food is really, really good. We’ve been more than a few times and have tried both flatbreads, a pork tostada, pretzels, desserts, and a soup and sandwich special. I’ve not found any portion to be small. The physical menu doesn’t portray the elevated level of food you’re being delivered. I would NEVER have guessed the best fennel sausage I’d ever eat was coming out based solely on the words on folded paper menu…again, I think it’ll come with time. The cider is good. We come here now instead of the gastropub. It’ll get there in terms of decor and atmosphere. PA was ready for this creative cuisine that tastes fresh...

We were looking for a place to eat after a long day of hiking and happened upon Basecamp Bistro. We were seated right away and quickly found options for our vegetarian diet. Once we ordered the food came out quickly, with one order missing an ingredient. We promptly brought it up to our waitress and she immediately fixed the issue and gave us complimentary (and delicious) lemon bar. The food was incredibly tasty and flavorful (we ordered the drag it thru the garden, carrot soup, and arugula and beets salad), all of which paired greatly with my dad’s Top Cutter IPA. Would...
