I was very excited to see that there was a Vietnamese restaurant in Port Angeles. They were closed the day before and I was pleasantly surprised to see they were open today. However, I was waiting awhile with two dine-in parties arriving afterwards having their order taken first along with other carry-out orders. I appreciate it’s a busy restaurant, it would be good if they manage walk-in customers along with takeout orders, not just who is able to flag down their attention or who they see first. Otherwise, restaurant is nicely decorated, clean, and appeared to be a popular spot for families. I had ordered the special pho, it came out quickly and although the broth was a lighter take on traditional, it was appreciated it was a family-owned/run restaurant and the value was great for a warm bowl of soup on a cold day.

I am a huge fan of pho anytime anywhere! I absolutely adored this place! I got a Vietnamese cold coffee and the way that they delivered it to the table was super cool! I love the little percolator! The portions are absolutely massive we ordered regular size bowls and I was like... Imagine if we would have got the large! I don't think I would have come close to finishing! But at the same time I would have been very happy because anything pho related I am down lol The wait staff was very friendly and everything went very smooth and absolutely perfect place to eat!

Very clean, nice e restaurant. Service was excellent while there and when I had to return because I ordered to go and accidentally ordered a meal with shrimp in it and am allergic!! They were so nice to swap it for me with no extra charge!! Food is very good. But I'm still on the hunt for Pho with that aromatic bone broth I remember They come close, that's for sure The to go order was char broiled pork, but didn't taste char broiled to me. It was good, meat was tender, egg roll and salad were tasty Great price point in today's economy

I would give this place zero stars if I could... this is a family run establishment and they are all terrible. To preface, I'm Vietnamese, ordered my food in Vietnamese, so clearly I KNOW THE LANGUAGE.

We ordered our pho and while yes we asked for "substitution" and by "substitution" I mean we asked for a bowl of pho with two different meats in it.... It's not rocket science here. Its a bowl of pho, scooped with pre made broth. A ball of rice noodles. And TWO TYPES OF MEAT.

So our pho comes out and only has one meat in it. We ask where the second is and if we can get it on the side. The cooks (mom and grandma) proceed to talk poorly about us in Vietnamese in the kitchen (FYI although I'm sure you guys know. Your kitchen isn't sound proof. WE CAN HEAR YOU). So they're talking about how difficult we are and how they rather us just leave.... Uh you barely have any one in your store but you want us to leave? Okay? Sure? After awhile we begrudgingly get the second meat.... Which I guess we were better off with one cause they both were terrible.

The tripe was soft and smushy and the beef tasted like rubber. Actual rubber. The broth tasted like it came out if a can. And the noodles were all clumped together, frozen perhaps? Who even knows.

So while we're eating probably the worst pho I've ever had.... Ever. The mom and grandma continue to talk about us. THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. Talk about a terrible experience. And the kicker? We go to pay the bill.... They charged us $6 extra for that tripe!!! The one they forgot. And the one that was a substitution for a meat that we didn't want. So somehow a $11 and $12 bowl of pho that comes with two meats each, and we got two meats each (one was replaced yes, our bad for asking for a different meat. Oh no) cost us $32.... $32 for the worst pho we've ever had.

You can 100% say we will never ever ever be coming back. Avoid this place if you want a decent meal, and not be talked poorly about, and you don't want to be...

Let's start with the positives. The place was clean and looked very nice on the inside. And the food had for the most part good flavor.

The negatives. I ordered the Garlic Wings as a appetizer, the chicken was dry. Like not even oily inside dry. I dont mind dry but that was too much. Also got the Grilled Short Ribs with Rice and Salad. The Short Rib had good flavor. But it was tough, and they pretty much expected me to cut it with a very Dull butter knife. We had to ask for a sharp knife. Couldn't even pull apart with my hands. The salad itself was barely a salad. Like a couple Leafs of Lettuce with small slices Cucumber and Tomato. No dressing or anything. Frankly was more garnish or burger topping then a Salad. My Dad ordered their Vietnamese Coffee which wasn't very full, my dad asked for more Hot Water and they brought it in a Glass Cup, which made it hard for him to pour into his coffee cup making a mess everytime he tried pouring. He also ordered the Brisket Pho, which while he said had good flavor, he couldn't find any Brisket, and found a different meat in it. (I will add that it wasn't just a Brisket Pho if i recall, but also had another Meat in it as well, but he still didn't see any Brisket inside it)

with most everything else we just weren't impressed. But the servers did...

Our Airbnb hosts recommended Pho New Saigon so my boyfriend and I went here for dinner while on vacation. We found the restaurant was understaffed and over the seating capacity of what they could manage. We would not recommended here for dine in.

We were sat promptly upon arrival without a reservation but waited twenty five minutes for a server to come take our order. After placing our order (Vietnamese sandwich & seafood Pho) it took over forty minutes for the food to arrive. The staff was hurrying about and not in our line of sight, overall inattentive. I went over to the service station to grab our chop sticks and napkins so we could start eating. The Vietnamese sandwich was good. We were disappointed in the seafood Pho which had only four small shrimp, mainly broth. Paying our bill also took ample time. We stood inline upfront all waiting for a staff member to come and cash us out.

No one apologized for the poor service or acknowledged that we had been waiting for service, food, and payment. We would have been okay with being patient had the poor service been acknowledged. The fact that this was ignored was...
