Bron's Shaved Ice and To Go Bar — Restaurant in Port Aransas

There was a new guy working that took forever to take down drinks which is understandable because he was in training. But his trainers were not there and left him by himself for a good 15 minutes while there were 5 different groups in line. The blonde girl that came in was being extremely agitated and short tempered at the start. Over 30 minutes we waited for him to take down drinks, when they started calling out drinks 3 groups had passed that were behind us that got their drinks. So my father tried to talk to the girl and say that our drinks were skipped over, she outrageously said "we are getting to it just be patient" so we waited another 5 minutes and when more drinks came out that were not ours we said something again thinking our drinks must not have been written down. My father was extremely calm just trying to get his point across to someone that would not listen. When we went back she said, "We are working on it so don't yell at me". Which he was not yelling at her one bit and she was being extremely passive aggressive towards him. We will not be going back, worst costumer service we have ever gotten. Absolutely wonderful place to visit especially on those hot summer days. Get your snowball fix or if you're 21+ get your whistle wet with an ice cold beer or one of their signature daiquiris! SLOW took 45 minutes to get through the line with about 10 people in front of us. How this place has such high ratings is beyond me. Nothing special just regular shaved iced with slow service and of course as with every other place on the island…. locals don’t care and despise the “tourist”. I grew up one town away and spent my summers working on the island. Hate to see how downhill it’s gotten. Take that money and go somewhere prettier and with people that have better attitudes.
