I don’t even know why I gave this chipotle the opportunity again, but it’s just so sad to me that a restaurant in tradition is soooo CONSISTENTLY terrible! Why is the gm there not terminated? Isn’t it a bothersome that chipotle (Literally where the customer tells you exactly what to put on their food and they are watching you do it and still fails miserably!) isn’t there a standard?? Every single surrounding establishment in tradition blows this Chipotle out of the water. They haven’t even been open THAT long. I waited forever for steak, they had no peppers left, (when let’s be real they didn’t want to cook any bc it was 1.5 hours to closing time) the sour cream was cross contaminated with god knows what, I asked for extra cheese said I would pay whatever and they proceeded to put maybe 10 shreds… and then I made the comment. Can I just get some on the side like I said I would pay for it. (I am pregnant and need As much dairy as I can) and got nothing passive aggressive. I am actually a general manager in Jupiter and I would be appalled if I had people employed for me that are this way. It’s one thing to get an occasional cold food or whatever the case may be however, when the experience ordering it is already tainted bc of poor customer service — it leaves a bad taste in your mouth to where the food b should be HOT, meet some of the consumers expectations, and/or be tolerable to eat.
I generally wouldn’t go out of my way to leave such a negative review bc I know it impacts restaurants poorly, However, the fact that I was literally starving, and this was some thing I could not even take a second bite of is extremely concerning. Do not give this place a try bc I’ve now tried twice and it’s worse thn the first. (The first time my boyfriend got the pork and WORK literally scooped the pork chops as well as probably In the pan, so his bowl was like soup and he wouldn’t speak up but even the woman behind us was like wait did you ask them to include the juice lol)
Save yourself a hungry stomach and go to PDQ, Taco Bell, EVEN MCDONALDS! or if you really want chipotle take the drive to the St. Lucie location. Or better yet go to the location in PGA that never ever ever disappoints.
Either the GM needs to be retrained and or terminated OR his district/regional manager one of the two bc where I come from you coach UP or...
Read moreThis location is an absolute disgrace and either needs to be completely revamped or honestly should be shut down. I went in on a Sunday around 11:45, walked up to the counter with my niece, there was no one waiting and a couple people sitting and eating throughout the location. There was a young man and woman behind the counter just staring, not smiling, didn’t say hello, just staring and looking very unhappy to be there. In the quietest voice I was asked what I wanted and at the same time if my order was to dine in or take out. I asked them to repeat themselves because I couldn’t hear them and they were both talking at once. We ordered two bowels and two fountain drinks. The fountain drink area was filthy. My niece attempted to get a Sprite but it was only seltzer. Mind you it was NOT busy at all. The tables had not been wiped down, none of the teas/lemonades in the glass were labeled, and the whole time we were there, no one came out to clean anything. This was my second time trying this location. The food was great and I honestly believe that is the only reason this place gets any traffic. Some good customer service training will...
Read moreI never read or do reviews but this had me so aggravated because I always go and eat in this establishment. stuff highlighted by other customers didn’t bother me enough to write a review before but I understand why they have done so. after eatting here countless times I order a burrito and I have a decent amount of food on it. my server tries to close the Burrito and it’s not closing at that time. common sense would have told her to get a wrap and double wrap it correct? i don’t care if they woulda charged me an extra 1 dollar or whatever the cost is!!! but no the freaking thing pops! Does she immediately apologize and try to fix it ? Of course not, she walks away and starts doing something else while another employee is helping other customers behind me. The man is hovering his body over my popped burrito??! Gross man! This goes on for about 10 minutes before I walked out. I’m lazy and won’t be driving across town for a burrito so I’ll probably be back but you all gotta fix this crap man! I’m not spending my hard earned money on borderline...
