Z Tea — Restaurant in Port Townsend

Came here during the summer and was SO thrilled about having this place in town. The bubble tea was really good the few times I had it! Was looking forward making it a frequent stop. However, for the last two months I’ve been trying to come back and they are NEVER open during advertised hours. A couple weeks ago I went out of my way 5 days out of the week to see if they were open. Not once. They have no phone number to call if I wanted to check to see if they were open before driving downtown. I even reached out via Facebook msgr to ask what the hours were because obviously it was incorrect on google, and was told they were just closed Mondays and Tuesdays, so I went the following Wednesday and it was CLOSED. Most recently the hours have been updated to just the weekend Saturdays and Sundays 12-8pm and heard from a friend that was due to staffing issues, which is fine I completely understand that. BUT the final straw was waiting until the weekend to go get a tea from them at 1pm on a Sunday and guess what? CLOSED! The business could at LEAST put a message on their door letting customers know about what is going on with their hours.This is the last time I will drive downtown to be disappointed and drive home. I didn’t want to write this review because I want this business to succeed, but it’s just unreliable. If you get lucky and they’re open - great, but don’t go out of your way to come get...

Got the thai milk tea with boba. Never again. Great customer service and the restaurant itself is very nice, but the product is far from good. The boba was hard and clearly old, whatever powder they use for the drinks is awful (not mixed properly either). The boba would get stuck in the straw as well, couldn’t even drink it.
