We were exhausted from traveling all day and couldn't find a place to eat so I called this restaurant to see if they were open. I was told they were open until 9 so we arrived at 840pm. AFTER we paid we were told we would need to take our order to go even tho others were still eating in the restaurant. I mentioned we called and asked for closing time and was told 9pm and the owner then told me they do but the dining room closes at 830. (Again there were three tables seated with people)

*Edited to add that my son got his salad immediately and I asked if he could go ahead and eat while my husband waited for his order. They said no and my husband didn't get his order until 9pm.

I explained that we were exhausted and 1 hr away from our destination with nowhere to eat and she told me that she was sure we could find a nice place outside.

I am a business owner and honestly shocked over how this all unfolded.

I never leave a bad review and would always at least do what I could to give the business owner a chance to make something right if I was dissatisfied with a service, but this WAS the business owner who treated our family this way.

I haven't eaten yet (not expecting much based on reviews) but i felt compelled to let others know about...

The customer service here gets worse every time, to the point I will not go back. It's expensive, the food this time was ok but the service was horrible! I placed an order at 4:30 for delivery and after two hours of waiting decided to call. At this point I wasn't upset, but I was worried that perhaps an error had happened with the order, maybe an issue with my card. I explained to the "gentleman" on the phone that I had placed an order about two hours ago and just wanted to make sure everything was ok. His response was that he had the receipt and it said 5:20 on it so I had only been waiting for an hour, but my food was out for delivery. Really? Because I have the email that confirms it was placed at 4:30 and regardless, I wasn't mad, he could have simply said that my order was out for delivery and everything would have been fine. Instead he popped an attitude, and acted all put for me having the audacity for checking on my food. Add to it, the food was cold and the pizza was hard, to the point my two year old went to take a bite of the cheese pizza, pulled it out and went "OUCH." When a two year old, who eats just about everything, refuses to eat your pizza, that is not a good sign... Your salad however was good, great job not...

$43.00 dollar large pizza!! New to the area so was on the hunt for a good pizza place. Found this place just cruising the streets of Port Townsend. When walked in, the place was very cold, as in fridge temp. Asked nicely and heat was turned on. At the time, there was only one other customer.

Ordered a large half pepperoni/olive, other half “Greek with chicken”. Here’s where things go south for customer satisfaction: I was charged MORE for a half of the Greek ($30.) than for one WHOLE large one (25.00) with extra chicken. Pizza was at best, 6-7/10, at first. After we both had nasty stomach issues an Hour later, 0/10. Not much sauce. Cheese ok, pepperoni tasted like….actually, tasteless.

So with two nitro beers, only good part of lunch, a $57.00 lunch stop. Asked cashier as she didn’t even seem to get the issue, ie a HALF of pizza but charged for a whole!!! Maybe it was a math thing or the computerized system messed up…Anyway, the cost of the pizza and gut upset just not worth any visit ever again, not even for the nitro beer.

So...

Great location right next to ferry terminal at Port Townsend, and decently priced. The pizzas weren't out of the world but just above average. We were getting late to catch the ferry while coming back from Olympic National Park so called them an hour before to order pizzas for takeout. It was quick and efficient, our order was ready 5 mins after we reached. There are different sizes of pizzas, and a medium is good for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. They do have vegetarian options. The place has a casual ambience in case you decide to dine in, and there are restrooms located in the back which were maintained well.

Got a cheese pizza because I had Brooklyn with me. He didn't complain, so I'll take that as a win. This is a nice little place. They're well-priced, clean, and quick with the service. Nice amount of customers there within 30 minutes of opening, but not crazy busy. Good for groups and families. Not too noisy - you can hear the conversation at your table. The crust was good, and the pizza was cheesy. We could have easily eaten a large between the two of us. They've got a mini salad bar. Looks like just what you'd need to complete the meal. If we lived in the area, this would be in our rotation.

My first experience; I have lived local for 3years and thought I wanted pizza. I parked in the wrong spot,( this MUST happen often ). There was no tolerance for civil communication from that man regarding me from that moment on. I even stood in the wrong place as I waited. He later informed me on the phone. That, "it is rude to stand and wait for my to-go order in a restaurant." My first experience! Maybe I will try the food now. He seamed very, at least bothered by ME. Maybe through it out.
