Gill's — Restaurant in Portland

From start to finish, the service was stellar. Went above and beyond to get answers to all my questions. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and helpful during every phase of service. The mojito is on point, even with the departure from the classic cocktail with the added cachaca and stein glass. The food offerings seem basic in the best way (it feels very purposeful) so I simply tried the stuffies. Fantastic but if you have some texture aversions with your food, be aware there are parts of just sausage, just clam and just stuffing. Stayed next door at an Airbnb and decided to pop in Gill’s for a bite and nightcap for our anniversary. We were able to grab two seats at the bar where the service was excellent.
