Order Taker: Gemma: As soon as we got to the counter she crossed her arms as she was taking our order. Mom: I would like the blue sky Large please Gemma: (w/Attitude) The Smoothie? Mom: Is there something else Gemma: Eyes Rolled There's the "BOWL" Mom: Yes the Smoothie Gemma: okay... what size.

This behavior is very unprofessional and it needs to be addressed and taken care of. If she cannot handle customers I would suggest you find something for her to do that has nothing to do with customers.

Drink Maker: Sundrisha, your service is absolutely amazing. Not only did you go out of your way to take care of my mother by walking out of the store to the sitting area to see if there was something else you could substitute for her drink but you made sure that they were top notch. Keep up the amazing work.

Manager: Josh, I absolutely love how you came over to our table to check up upon us to see how we were doing after I came up to ask for Gemma's name. You must have felt my energy and saw the distress on my face. So thank you for brightening our day.

Jamba Juice at PDX Concourse E – Smooth Service and a Great Smoothie

I stopped by the Jamba Juice in Concourse E at PDX around 10:00 AM before my flight, looking for a quick smoothie to hold me over. My go-to Jamba order is the Vanilla Blue Sky, which I had last time in Vegas. Unfortunately, this location didn’t have it listed on the menu, and even Jamba’s website no longer shows it.

Luckily, the staff here was incredibly friendly and knew exactly what I was talking about. They were able to make it for me without any issue, which I really appreciated. The Vanilla Blue Sky is one of Jamba’s lighter, more refreshing smoothies, made with almond milk, vanilla coconut milk, bananas, pineapples, and blue spirulina—a part of Jamba’s shift toward more plant-based ingredients with less sugar. Some find it a little watery, but I personally enjoy the nutty, slightly earthy flavor.

Overall, I had a great experience at this Jamba location. The staff was helpful, the service was fast, and I got exactly what I wanted even though it wasn’t on the menu. If you’re passing through PDX and need a quick, refreshing smoothie, this is...

I would like to remind everyone that this Jamba juice is not actually accessible to everyone else it's only accessible to the folks on the other side of the security line inside the airport unfortunately it doesn't mention that in the Google maps but maybe that will change and again I've only been there maybe once and of course it was on a flight in however in my opinion Google maps should let people know it's not generally accessible to the public not really a fault of Jamba juice but it's something they should go ahead and mention.
