Can I give zero stars? We walked in and sat down at a table near other people and handful of people drinking at the bar. Sticker on table said scan QR to order and pay. We ordered and paid with credit card. A few minutes later a girl walked by and rudely said âyou didnât just order on your phone did you? Because weâre closedâ I said yes, I did order, and she said âwell I canât help youâ I mentioned that I had paid and that they had already taken my money. She walked away to the back room without saying anything. I tried to cancel the order and this was their policy: âOnce you have submitted your order and your payment has been authorized (the "Order"), you will not be entitled to change your Order or cancel it for a refund.â So, yeah. I guess I will have to contest it as a fraudulent charge via Amex? How about putting up a sign that says closed? Or turn off your ordering...
   Read moreThe waiter was professional but didn't seem super friendly. The restaurant design was nice, but the lack of friendly service took away from the ambience. I never expect a waiter/waitress to be jumping up and down for joy all day at their job, but (like with any job), at least pretend to like your job. He never checked if the food was ok or anything. As for the food, I ordered French toast with strawberries and mascarpone. What I got was French toast with a few raspberries and a scoop of butter in the middle and a thing of syrup on the side. Same thing happened to a lady while I was sitting there eating the French toast. She ordered the same thing I did and got the same thing I did. If I wasn't starving, I wouldn't have eaten it after the first bite as the toast had a slight burnt...
   Read moreIâm at the airport at 6am and this restaurant is right across from my gate. I just wanted to sit at a table, charge my phone and eat my bagel. I didnât buy the bagel there, but there are literally no people in the very open seating area and the server kicked me out. She rudely advised me that was a full service restaurant and kicked me out. Looking at my phone, Itâs not even 6 am, Iâm tired and hungry and this was just very very rude. Compassion for early morning travelers is a must and this place really didnât get that. Shame on you, server at Juliette.
