Customer service of the younger lady was not nice
I was dismayed by the price of 2 items for $12. 1 item came with 2 servings which I originally wanted 1 serving over the phone order.
I got the feeling she was not willing to sell one portion (cream empanada).
Then on the pupusa item she sounded dismayed that I only wanted 1 and repeated like at least 3X "ONLY one?". So know she's pressure selling. Not cool. Sometimes just that messes up the whole experience.
Upon pick up I asked her i thought the price was high, after no response I had to ask the price for each item. That's bad customer service. She must be doing well to think we need them more than the reciprocal
As far as the quality i can't speak on it bc I was buying for a friend to taste the cuisine from my background.
I did check the food and everything looked fine, the smell was appetizing for sure.
The empanadas were huge and the pupusa was on the smaller size

They lady's who own it (mother and dsughter) have worked super hard to build a great business and have expanded to this new and very nice brick and mortar. I am pleased to say that the quality of the food and customer service is still the same and rate 5 stars in all categories. I always get the pupusa de pollo and revulta.
