Great taproom in close proximity to Providence Park! It's modern, clean, great service, great beer selection and good vibes. I love that they have been having a DJ there on game days as well. The new installations on the wall are amazing depicting the success of the Timbers and thorns. Honestly, only one downfall. It's so small! Game days are usually packed with very few seating available. Having the outside "patio" area definitely helps some though. I would love to see this place expand somewhere still close to make it more accommodating. Preferably the brand new press blocks retail spots for lease. Overall, make sure to check it out on game days or a chill spot to have a beer if it's not.

Been here a handful of times now, each time I come to Portland I make sure to stop in, and am never disappointed! Consistency- I've seen the same bartender each time I've been, his name is David, and he's a friendly knowledge gentleman that knows about the products they have! He's made several suggestions of different beers I normally would not have tried, and each time I am pleasantly surprised! I brought my sister here for her 21st and she asked if she could try a selection of different beers. David put a flight together based off things she told him and she had a great time. I've never left without a growler or at least several bottled beers. I'll be back for sure!

Spencer and Amelia are amazing! (So is everyone else who works there, but that's who I usually run into). Everyone is very nice and ready with a recommendation if you don't know what you want. The tap and fridge selection is great (I imagine the wine is too if you're into that, not my thing but they have a decent selection). Being a dog-welcome bar is also an amazing plus, sometimes that is all it takes to really improve your day. Easily my favorite bar in NW <3 (ok technically SW but shut up). Was very excited to see this Spaceballs themed beer (super tasty too). Also, while they don't really have food options, outside food is welcome and that is awesome.

Police need to be called to this location. the bartender is radically and actively drunk all the time and very violent to patrons. I would urge people to ask for the surveillance cams when they visit. The owner just sits there while drinks are being slammed by an angry bartender. God bless America. Go to the Kingston, the commodore, the Marathon. DONT spend your money here. I'm not the only one who has felt this way. We are humble people and want to support local business. But not these guys. I watched the bartender slam this queer friendly person for wanting to watch her teams match and the bartender literally asker her "What are you going to do for it?" to have him give her a screen of her favorite team. GROSS! These guys are already done, but let's cancel this culture out of our...

We have visited Civic many times in the past, so last night was no exception. The exception however was the RUDE service from the bartender. Yes it was just after the Thorns game, and there were around 20 patrons in the bar, so it was busy but manageable . I had asked for some samples of cider and did not really care for them. When he asked what I wanted, I asked for 2 more samples and he replied, "I don't have time to give you any more samples." Unfortunately I had already ordered a beer for my husband, or I would have walked out right then and there. This experience has left me feeling like I will not be visiting Civic for awhile when there are so many other places I can spent my...
