I was wary of patronizing a Boba shop that was not Asian-owned. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for several years because their product is delicious and they are the only boba shop in the area. Their staff are often curt and not particularly welcoming. Apparently, this attitude stems from management. My order was made incorrectly. My daughter was picking it up for me and she asked them to remake it. They refused. I am diabetic and specifically requested no simple syrup. I checked my toast ordering history and every order I have ever placed is the same. When the manager called me today, he indicated to me that the error was certainly not with his staff because their POS wouldn't allow for such errors. They did refund my original order price because I could not drink what they made (diabetic) All I was hoping for was a gift card to replace the drink I had originally ordered. The manager let me know that a $10 gift card was not happening because it was"implausible" that his employees made a mistake. Oh, well. They will not miss my business. I probably spent $10/month here. I just wish they had been more honest and better at customer service.

This place has been one of my favorite parts of visiting Portland. The staff is super friendly and loves talking about their reccomendations and the process. They have a giant menu and a really nice, multi-level seating area that feels inviting and comfortable. If I was a local I could see myself being a regular of this establishment. I've visited twice so far and I've loved both times. The boba and tea is amazing and flavorful and the toast I had was well made. This is a place that you get your money's worth, every time. I tried the Kraken (thai tea) and the Leviathan (taro and nitro coffee) and they were both phenomenal! I just might have to stop by a third time. 100/10 experience.

Came by the other day and had a fairly mixed experience. Selling exclusively just toast and boba is strange, but novel in a way I appreciate! There are so many options for bobas too. My biggest issue, is with their cutlery and straws. They're made out of bamboo and really flimsy plastic. The straw had a weird spikey texture and the knife literally snapped as I was cutting my toast. I asked if they had more normal options for these, and the employee said no, followed by "Sorry you're not enjoying your boba." With this tone like they've never been asked this before. So it might just be me but it still felt a little uncalled for.

Absolutely lovely place. I've been twice so far and loved it both times. The first time it was very busy and there is usually only three people working in this tiny little space. I work retail and I can only imagine how hard they busy their butts to keep up with everything. Despite how busy it was they got my drink out very fast! This time I got a toast two, which was phenomenal. The bread was thick and fluffy, the best toast I've ever had. Nice and filling too. The people working were so sweet and communicative. They definitely don't have an easy job but they're still able to be sunny and genuine when interacting with customers. I definitely felt like they were happy to help me. The location is pretty cool too. It's got two levels and there's a bathroom on the first floor which is nice and a lower level where you can sit at a bar with tall chairs. There's also games up on the first level for people to play! It's pretty spacious and even when busy there's plenty of places to sit and still have room to yourself. If you like bubble tea or even just tea at all it's definitely worth a look!

UPDATE Today is my birthday, and I have to spend it alone because all of my friends and family are in Canada and other far away states, so while I can see them on video call that means no cards or birthday hugs or anything like that. I asked them to write Happy Birthday on my cup cause it would be nice to have a lil something. Not only did they do that, they decorated the lid of my toast, made a heart out of the chickpeas, decorated everything they could. And the driver wished me a happy birthday too when delivering it. My birthdays have previously been a really tough thing for me, and this really helped make this one a wonderful, positive experience. Thank you Uncharted for helping me feel loved on my...

Uncharted Tea is, without a doubt, the best boba tea spot I’ve ever been to — and I don’t say that lightly. Most boba shops these days rely on powdered mixes or churn out drinks that taste like generic, sweetened milkshakes. But Uncharted Tea is in a league of its own.

They use real, freshly brewed tea as the base — not powder — which gives their drinks a depth and authenticity that’s hard to find anywhere else. On top of that, their customization game is next-level. You can choose from a range of quality sweeteners like maple syrup, agave, or simple syrup, and a variety of milk options to suit any taste or dietary need.

Every drink I’ve had here has been vibrant, thoughtfully balanced, and just flat-out delicious. It’s clear they care about craft, ingredients, and the overall experience. If you’re anywhere near Portland and you’re even mildly into boba, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won’t look at other boba shops the...
