Top notch place and you will not find better matcha drinks in the state of Maine. Walking into the establishment you will notice it is on the smaller side and is definitely a to-go spot as it wouldn’t take much to be crowded. Despite its small size it is inviting with beautiful decor. Their menu consists of a large number of matcha drinks with plenty of variety to be bringing you back to try more. My wife tried their Matcha Chai while I tried their Purple Matcha and even just trying these two I can tell they are expertly crafted and they know what they are doing with matcha drinks. Can’t wait to return and try more drinks and also try their croffles as well. If you are a fan of drinking matcha stop here and if you have either not tried matcha or haven’t been the biggest fan then please do yourself a favor and give this place a try! This was my first matcha experience and I think I now understand all the hype?! I have so many friends that are into matcha drinks, but I had never tried it myself until visiting Matchamood. It was so delicious!

Matchamood might be one of the cutest spots in Portland. I mean, it's just adorable. The amount of care and love that went into this place is palpable from the moment you step inside. I was blown away by all the colors, neon lights, and decor. I felt like I was in the middle of a staged magazine shoot; it was that beautiful.
