I have went here twice since they've opened. Both times I enjoyed my food. One time through Drive through and one time Dine-in. When we dined in.... no one greets you, nor let's you know if they're going to take your order- you just kind of stand up there and hope one of the workers will come take your order. You can do it on the computer yourself but we paid with Cash so needed a human being to do that. It was a wait but that was fine since we could see that they were low on staff. Lobby was clean and lemonade drinks are so tasty.
Because they were low on Staff I recommended a Family member work here since it was close to their house. They got hired and it was a horrible experience for them. The manager was leaving so they got no training and were just thrown in the rotation with no training. They were a minor and we're not happy not having any training as this did not give them confidence in any of the stations and the team members didn't have time to train. The customers would get upset with them because they weren't trained on register and many other issues arose from the lack of training. Their second day- a Customer threw food at employees in the drive thru because of the blatant disrespect from the employees at Bruchis. One older gentlemen called the guy working in the drive thru "Bud" and the employee Freaked out on him and made him feel horrible. Then another customer asked for no Bruchis sauce on her burger and it was put on anyways so when the customer came back through the drive thru the Team Lead was more than annoyed so she took it and scraped it off- WITH HER FINGER!!! 😵😵 Gave it back and the customer came through the drive through a 3rd time and asked for her money back as she could still see it was on her burger and the lead argued with her as she thought it wasnt a big deal. When my family member wouldn't chime in on the berating of customers which happened all night long through the headsets- they got put on all the crap details for the evening and made to stay late when there was no reason for it. Then their next shift- that same Team lead texted them and told them that their next shift was covered and to not bother coming in. They left in Tears that night and never went back as her shifts were covered. She texted her back and never heard anything and there was no manager to bring the issues too because they had none at that point. This location needs LEADERS with morals and Integrity. Read moreWas in the new one in post falls around 3 p.m. . Almost every table was dirty. Floors were messy...two guys sat down at one of the dirty tables...they didn't have the angle to see how messy the table was...lots of crew in prep area...but no one came out to clean tables.. 🤔 we were there almost half an hour...it was the first time we were here since it opened...alot of young men working....some with lots of hair....not restrained...both girls had their hair pulled back..one young man with a shorter beard had the same disposable gloves on the whole time I was there...they were the cheap like one time usage gloves ..plastic.. not vinyl...he proceeded to take his phone...phones are not very sanitary amyways...out of his back pocket and texted on it with same gloves on......really???..then continued to use the same gloves....I have been in food service industry for a lot of years 30+ this is definitely not acceptable...I also did the serve safe class...so my husband had one of the cheesesteaks...he said it was good...not a whole lot of filling but good...I use to deal with sammys alot so was not feeling a sammy and decided to have a burger...do not go there and get a burger...I should have know better being its specialty being sammys .......but it also lists burgers....anyways, it was a very thin burger patty...over cooked...and 2 half pieces of overcooked bacon.. one a cheap regular small bun....for the price of it I was expecting something a lil better...no reason to go back...you can get good sandwiches a lot of other places....just wanted some place different...I can only imagine what it will look like in a year or two if it was so unkempt already...maybe they just need some to care and be concerned..with total area of the business ....hopefully something can be done to correct cause if anyone has an eye and pays attention they will see...
Read moreWell, it's been several months since I've eaten here, I've always had a good experience before. Today however was another experience entirely. I had about 45 minutes before my next appointment so I decided to dine in for lunch. There were about two tables with diners already seated and there were at least five people working. A party of three entered after me but I ordered first and got a cheeseburger, fries and a drink. When I was ordering, I noticed that there was a burger bun on the floor and some other trash behind the counter. None of the five people working there took the time to clean that up it just stayed there on the floor. After I ordered, I use the restroom and thankfully it was clean , then I sat down in the booth and noticed that it smelled like vomit. So I changed seats to the other side of the booth. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and then noticed that the party of three that ordered after me were served their meal and I hadn't been served. I couldn't figure out why it took so long with five people working in there and no other customers. I asked the guy that served the party of three their meal if I could just get my order to go. I went up to the counter to wait and the guy had to ask me what my order was, if I had ordered fries. I was given a bag with my order and I went to my car and ate there because it was cleaner. The burger was cold the bun was cold, the fries were soggy. All in all it was a disgusting experience. I really am shocked because I've never had that kind of service, food or nasty atmosphere in there before. The manager needs to get a grip...
