Chung's Teriyaki — Restaurant in Poulsbo

Since this Chung's teriyaki changed hands, it's aweful, I order a " Chicken teriyaki..half noodles and half fried rice. With 3 extra sauces.EVERY TIME the last few times like 4 times they don't put but a drop of sauce on my meal. They look at me like they're clueless on what I've ordered. It's absolutely annoying. And frustrating, I get 🏡 me. And open my dinner/lunch and it's dry as a bone. I won't go back unless I insist on them opening my meal ( Which I've done before) and tell them to put more sauce on it. Almost $20 for 2 meals which sucked..end up using my little extra sauces then throwing the rest away. I have gone back the next day once and tried to explain the problem n bought more sauce so I could finish my meal n they look at you like your crazy n fake that they don't understand Chung really messed up leaving his name on this " Chung's" it's not related to the other Chung's.. Been coming to Chung’s in poulsbo and silverdale since I was born, haven’t been back since I moved to the city. My older brother was delivered in the hospital by the wife of the original owner (Mr. Chung himself!) Tried it again today and was not disappointed. I typically order the chicken fried rice and it was great. Food was cooked fresh, hot and seasoned well. Restaurant is clean and has adequate seating. Would have given 5 stars if customer service was better, I felt like a nuisance to the man who took my order. Not a bad attitude, just not great. They have started using worse cuts of meat so they are chewier, but that's not the reason for my review. Also the fried rice was white rice with chicken. But anyways.. I've been going here for years, but I won't be going anymore. While I was ordering, I watched as one of the people in the kitchen took the tray of noodles and cabbage that they use in place of salad, leaned on the garbage can while they drained the extra liquid out, set it on top of the open garbage can while they mixed it all up, then put it back on the counter to keep serving out of. That has to be a health code violation....
