Went here yesterday and food was excellent staff was great. Went here today , placed order same as yesterday online . Two minutes after placing the order the store manager called me telling me that I cannot substitute tomatoes and onions for bacon ( even though it was done yesterday.) " Whoever did that was not supposed to do that but i can charge you extra if you want bacon" I agreed and hung up. I ordered cinnamon twist, flatbread pizza and the toasted meats sandwich. The cinnamon twist in the picture were terribly done, the dough did not look like it rised, you can tell it was still doughy. Compared to yesterday picture with the sandwich. The sandwich today I received was not made the same as it was yesterday. Instead of being an actual sandwich as seen in the picture, it was made like garlic bread and each individual meat on a different piece of garlic bread. I asked the manager why does this not look like a sandwich as the menu picture and he said very rudely "idk what you ordered yesterday but it was not made correctly, I will not remake the sandwich the way you want it there's a instructions how to make it and it's like that for a reason." Manger proceeded to bring me the employee visual directions to me to prove to me that , the way the sandwich made yesterday was done incorrectly. In my opinion that was completely unnecessary, and unprofessional. He entire tone was nasty as well. Do not eat at this place if the store manager is on duty. He is nasty, does not care about customer service and yells at his employees that they are too scared to say anything. This time they were over 30mins late, gave me hot wings instead of plain wings and missing one of the salad dressings (which has been a consistent problem with the dressing ALL 3 times I ordered). I called to let them know about it, they asked if I wanted them to redeliver the plain wings or a refund, I asked how long if they redeliver them, put me on hold, come back and ask if I want a refund.... I reply back that they asked me if I wanted to reorder them and that's why they put me on hold. They asked again if I want a refund, like they didn't even listen to what I just asked. I ask again about the time, they put me back on hold and then come back and say it's 59min to cook 12 plain wings.... seriously? You're already 30 mins late and asking another 59min for just 12 wings.... NOPE, I asked for a refund. I'll be watching my back account to make sure, otherwise I'll dispute the entire order with my bank. $58 for poor service and not what I asked for. There's so many other pizza places in Poway that will get our money now. And if Roundtable management is actually reading this, your online ordering site SUCKS, hard to navigate, the prices show and then hidden, during the entire order process, and even now after 35 mins the tracker STILL says it's being prepped, I entered my phone number to be notified and NOTHING was sent to me. Dominoes tracker is spot on, they text when they leave the store, they text when near by and text when they pulled up and walking to the door, ANY they're always earlier than the projected time. I received a coupon in the mail that said it was redeemable online and in their app. I downloaded the app and tried it, no luck. Tried the website, no luck. Figured I’d call the restaurant to see what could be done.
After the person on the phone not being able to find the coupon and trying to tell me to get something other than what the coupon was for, even though the coupon was valid, he put me on hold so he could speak to his manager.
When he came back, no luck. So, I said I’d just do something else and ordered it for pickup. 20 mins to ready. My significant other went to pick it up. She called me when she arrived and they had no order in for what I placed (definitely to the correct location).
The manager was not willing to do anything to make up for their error. She was rude, and said they would just have to start an order from scratch. We left and won’t return.
It was terrible. Rude, no accommodations for their issues and mistakes, and the system for their deals and coupons is terrible. I wasted way too much time on it, and this review as well. Only hope it helps someone else and honestly drives them to improve...
