Had lunch here and ordered the Baja Tacos. Forgot to take a picture before I dug in but they were tasty and had a nice spice to them. Prior to the meal we had the fried pickles and Buffalo Chicken Dip. I thought the fried pickles were a little heavy on the breading but they were ok. The Buffalo Chicken Dip was served with some chips that had a nice spicy seasoning and the dip was delicious. Onion rings were basic and came out late but they were hot. That’s the only photo I got. The service was a bit slow getting the food but it was busy for lunch. The waitress was very friendly and got what we needed. Depending on what you order, you can expect to spend $20 to $25 per person. I would come back again.

Great food tonight. Went to Hooter's specifically to watch the NCAA Semi-Final game between the Florida Gators and Auburn Tigers! My Waitress was Rheagan and she was courteous, attentive, provided great Customer Service all with a Smile 😃!! Throughly impressed with Rheagan as a Waitress because it was her 2nd week at the job and her 1st week going Solo. I had a Hooter's deal to buy 6 Bone-In wings, get 6 free. The wings were brought out Hot and were delicious. Look/ask for Rheagan if you happen to visit the Hooter's in Prattville Alabama!

This location in Prattville is new, but the menu is consistent everywhere. Nothing has changed it’s just new locations. I had the boneless wing which were just glorified chicken nuggets for adults. I do not think it is better than the quality you would find at Buffalo Wild Wings. I feel the prices are not in line with the quality of the food. I’m not a fan but would return just not in any hurry. As for the staff they tried hard and this review should not reflect on them or their managment.

After we ordered, it took about 45 minutes to get our food. I will say that the manager did come to our table and apologize for the wait but it just went extremely downhill from there. I ordered boneless wings and fries with melted shredded cheese and bacon. The waitress dropped the food off and left. I had no fork or knife to eat my boneless wings and the cheese on the fries was ice cold and not melted. I had to wait another 15 minutes before the waitress came back to the table so that I could ask for a fork and a knife and for my fries to be warmed up to melt the cheese. The waitress said she would take my fries and have them make fresh fries so that the cheese would be melted. She then brought me a package with a plastic fork and a plastic knife to eat with my boneless wings. The plastic fork and knife was so flimsy that I couldn’t eat it with my boneless wings. She brought the “fresh” fries to the table and yes, the cheese was melted but the fries and bowl they were in was wet. I tasted a fry and all I could taste was dishwasher. It seemed like they put my original bowl of fries next to the steaming dishwasher to melt the cheese. They were disgusting. My boneless wings are now cold and both my husband and child are done eating. I never got a refill of my drink and had to eat my cold boneless wings with no fries while my husband and child sat there. This is only the second time I have been to this Prattville location (with the first time being a waiting game as well) and I can say that I will NEVER go back to that location. I still can taste the dishwasher residue in my tongue from the fries. I was going to ask to speak to the manager but I was so aggravated that I just wanted to get out of there, plus it is hard to catch our waitress and I would have probably had to wait another 15-20 minutes. We paid for the meal even though we didn’t eat some of it. I must warn you, if you go to this location don’t send your food back because it will...

I do realize that this location has not been open long, therefore I gave them 2 stars instead of one. Called early in the day to get a reservation for 5 for 6:30. Made the reservation with girl named Deadra. We got there and thats when they told us "they do not do reservations". Despite that, we waited to get a table ( surprisingly only about 10 mins). Sat down and it took a good 15 mins or so to get first drink orders. They were not able to make a margarita because they were out of ALL the stuff to make them is what we were told. They also were not able to to make smoked wings because they were out of that too. We ordered appetizers and they did arrive about 10 mins afterward (We had waited so long to get intially waited on that we went ahead and ordered appetizers and main dishes at the same time). It then took 40 mins to get food and some dishes were hot and some were cold. (I ordered texas Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was somewhat warm to touch..cold enough the grease had congealed on it.) Did not eat it and could not find server to ask for it to be corrected(was a feat to even get drinks refilled.) Took another 15 mins to get check as well. Servers were not rude necessarily, but could do better in customer service. I felt at times we were a burden rather than customers, ex. Like asking for refill of sweet tea. They were definately unorganized and not focused on customer service. Also had a disabled guest with us and when leaving a two servers nearly knocked her over, with no cocern for her what so ever. And note that we were in the area leading to main exit and definately not in the way to hinders servers going to other tables. We were really excited to have a hooters in Prattville, but have to admit this experience was extremely disappointing and unfortunately will not...

These people leaving these reviews should absolutely be appalled at themselves for being so arrogant that they use time that they will never have the opportunity to have ever again, to attempt to ruin some poor, young lady's life by getting her in trouble at her place of employment! You're all far too full of yourselves to ever consider that you could be responsible for causing trouble in one of these people's children's life, or all the exaggerated things you all freely complain about could result in a manager getting in trouble and God knows the collateral damage you could be causing him/her and their family. All of this potential trouble caused by people that think that when they want something, the World should stop. I'd bet my next 5 paychecks that they were in the restaurant on a weekend, during a game, while the kitchen was getting pounded by to-go orders, or something similar. It's not very difficult to figure out, if they were busy enough that it delayed the prep of your food, there's a reason (it's not personal, cupcake, it's called business!) I went to this location 2 weeks ago, as well as a couple of nights ago and the service was really good from the bartender as well as any member of the staff that I encountered and the food was really good! All you can ask from a restaurant is that their food is prepared the to the best of their ability, safely, in a reasonable amount of time & that the orders are taken in order. This means that these grown men on the internet complaining and telling on people, have to wait their turn before their order is prepared. Same guys that used to tell their teacher if they saw a classmate breaking a rule! I remember when there were men who act like men in this world! 🙄🙄 Hurt people,...
