This location is a sinking ship. Go somewhere else. This bww has been getting worse and worse over the past few years. They have been understaffed for years. Expect long waits and limited menu options. The past two visits have really made me leave this review due to it getting to unacceptable standards. First, they were out of most sauces for wings (how does that happen at a wing place), then they didn't have several items on that were on the menu. This last visit on 2/3/24 really turned me off at this location. We arrived and waited a few minutes to be seated (party of 3). After being seated, it was 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged us at our table as servers constantly walked past us. They now want you to place your order by scanning a qr code on the table and paying online. I placed our order, and it was about 45 minutes before our food and drinks were brought to us. We have been seated over an hour at this point and would have left if I wasn't forced to put my card on a tab when we placed our order. Our food came out on extremely hot plates, but the temperature of the food didn't feel fresh like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Part of our order was left out (fries) that our server went back for, and when it came out, they were cold, and the plate was cold. It appeared they just skimmed some off of another plate, and the portion size was incredibly small. Keep in mind we came in between lunch and dinner, and the restaurant was steady but not busy. Our server didn't check on us, but once, and that was when we were leaving. A manager was waiting tables the entire time and would walk to the bar and just stare. If he cared about his workplace, he should have stepped in and helped another server if they were struggling. After the bad service, pathetic management, and consistent bad experiences, I won't be back to this location until it's under...
Read moreI want to share an uncomfortable experience I had on Friday, July 25th, around 5:50 p.m. at the Prattville, AL location. I came in to pick up an Uber Eats order and wasn’t sure where the designated take-out area was. Since I know some restaurants handle to-go orders at the bar, I walked around to the bartender station to ask for assistance.
There was a female bartender at the register who appeared to be finishing up a transaction, so I waited quietly for her to finish. While waiting, I noticed her exchanging glances with her co-worker and side-eyeing me in a way that felt unwelcoming and judgmental. She never once asked me if I needed help. Instead, I was met with stares and attitude that made me feel like I was a problem just for standing there.
Thankfully, her co-worker eventually stepped in and asked if I needed anything, to which I responded yes and explained that I was just trying to figure out where to pick up a to-go order. The co-worker then said, “Oh, take-out is right there in the back.” I thanked her, but the whole interaction left a bad impression.
What was frustrating is that I could have been helped quickly and respectfully with just a simple, “Can I help you with something?” Instead, I was made to feel like I didn’t belong there or was bothering the staff. It’s not uncommon for customers or delivery drivers to approach the bar with questions, especially if the take-out signage isn’t clear. Whether I was a regular customer or working through a delivery service, I still expected basic courtesy and professionalism.
I hope management and ownership take this as constructive feedback and speak with the staff about how important it is to make every customer feel acknowledged and welcome especially when someone is simply trying to ask a question or complete a pickup.
Thank you...
Read moreFood is extra expensive. Service is terrible. Online order is never ready on time. They never include the required sauce/dressings. They never get my online order correct. The people are so kind. I don't know where the disconnect is? It's beyond ridiculous. Order after order, I try to give them another chance, but it never works. This is the last straw. I will never be back. It's hard for me to swap because there are so few options at late night. But, with the amount of money I spend here I expect a higher level of accuracy. It would be different if it was, say, a $5 pizza from a gas station. Order in store, if at all. If you are looking for something quick, dodge this location. If you are ordering to go (highly discouraged) check your order 2 times against your receipt. Check all your sauce/dressing servings because they hide them in a bag within the bag. Addendum: I had already contacted BWW with the information as they requested below my review but have yet to receive any type of response. I would love to be at least refunded something. A little consideration would be nice. The process also for reporting issues is EXTREMELY convoluted! They demand information that isn't exactly present on your receipt. Also, good luck getting a receipt. Mine was stuck to the bag with the large BWW sticker covering most of the required information for the report form online. This company or at least this location is quite a failure. Inconsistent, inconsiderate, unreliable, overall useless. Don't waste your time or money here. A quick trip to the Walmart deli would easily top at least this location, if not the...
