Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Prattville

My Family and I were coming back from the beach and it was lunchtime so we decided to eat at Jacks because we don’t have one close to where we live. As soon as I walked in I went straight to the Bathrooms. They were extremely filthy and there was toilet paper all over the floor. Once I left the bathroom and walked over to the register, I was greeted by 3 staff members yelling at each other. When they finally started taking our order they walked away halfway through my brother’s order. We waited for about three minutes and then they called out a order for a guy to grab and take back. They didn’t put his fries on the tray and he didn’t look and he brought it back to his table. The Staff member realized this and told us even though we just saw it. She started rolling her eyes at the guest. After that she took the rest of our order and we fixed our drinks and sat down. My dad ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave him a burger. The fries were not seasoned and they were very Bland. They were some staff members who were eating lunch in the corner yelling at the staff member who was running the drive-through. Me and my wife normally like Jacks and like to stop while traveling because we don’t have them at home. We had been traveling several hours with three small children. My wife mentioned we should stop at this Jacks to let them get out of the car for a few minutes even though we were in a hurry to get home. We pulled in and went inside. Started off they were out of chicken patties for the sandwich. Ended up going with the burger. My wife got chicken for her and the kids. When she got it to the table the burger meat was warm but the bun was cold. Like got out of the fridge cold. The chicken they got was cold all the sides were cold. The chicken was tuff and over cooked. I think it all had been sitting out for a while. I didn’t get look in the kitchen but the dining area was dirty. Paper and things laying on the floor. And dust?? All the window sills were covered in dust. I could understand if they were busy. But we were the only ones in the dining area. My wife said the staff behind the counter was rude. The men’s bathroom was out of order. So a ran in the lady’s as my wife watched the door. It was disgusting. Toilets wouldn’t flush. Hate to see this at a normally...

TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AT THE WINDOW! Had a craving for a good burger so I ran to jacks for a quick burger since they make great burgers and they are fairly quick. I don't normally do fast food because I only get 30 minutes for lunch but sometimes I do. I have had nothing but good experiences with Jacks until today. I got a big bacon burger just the burger and my total was $6.34 I gave the lady at the window $6.39 because I only had a dime and pennys and she didn't give me the nickel back so I told her she still owed me a nickel and she didn't acknowledge me. I said mam did you hear me and she got an attitude and said yeah I gotta get the key to open the drawer you don't need to be yelling at me. I didn't yell at this woman first off. Then I asked her if the receipt was in the bag and she told me no, and walked off. I waited for a few minutes and she never came back to the window nor did she give me any napkins just the bag with the sandwich in it with a whole lot of attitude. This happened 4/2/2024 at 4:15pm in the afternoon. Don't know her name but she had a nasty attitude so needless to say I won't be returning to this...
