I have NEVER had a good experience at this McDonalds. I have never been treated so rudely until I went to this place! The last time I went I had a horrible experience. 6 months later, I try it again and worse!!! Today my husband and I went into the McDonalds. He ordered and paid for his food. I waited for the food while he went to the restroom. We were the only customers in the whole place. A bug was crawling on the counter where the food was going to be placed. I let the girl know that had taken our order about the bug because she was the one standing there.. she ignored me. I said again.. And again was ignored. She set the tray with our food on the counter, right on top of the bug!! I immediately grabbed the tray up and said , " there is a bug on the counter and you just set my food on top of it" and again was ignored. I then asked if she heard me and rudely she replied, " yes!" So i said " are you not going to kill it" and she replied no not with my bare hands! Very rudely!! I then asked for a manager. My husband requested his money back.. while doing so the workers behind the counter stood there laughing at us. The manager finally came around and apologized. The girl at the register never did! I will never go back! They need new management and new workers! They are all very rude! We did not eat...

Stopped for breakfast .. 1st issue .. cashier /order taker gave me a hard time about ordering a meal with a plain biscuit, hashbrown & milk for my granddaughter .. 2nd issue .. I ordered egg mcmuffin meal with regular bacon (instead of Canadian bacon) & no cheese .. she said she couldn't do it that way, told her I order them that way at McDonald's on Day St .. another worker told her to sub the sausage n add the bacon .. I pay .. 3rd issue .. NO Receipt given, when I ask for it she just shrugged. We received our order in less than 10 min .. 4th issue .. my egg mcmuffin was not correct .. it was the regular mcmuffin with bacon ADDED .. STILL had the Canadian bacon AND the cheese so NOT what I ordered .. 5th issue .. when I went to return it the worker asked for my receipt which I didn't have (wasn't given one) .. she promptly told me "no receipt, can't change it, don't know that you got the wrong thing" !!! (Keeping my composure in front of my granddaughter) .. Soo, I took off the Canadian bacon and scraped off the cheese so I could eat it .. 6th & final issue .. 3 bites in the egg white is oozing from being undercooked. I had had enough .. wrapped it up & waited for the others to finish so we could leave. I don't think I'll be stopping there again...
Read moreWish I could give a negative star rating because this is the second time (last time was about a month ago) that this has happened at this location. After watching a car in each drive thru lane get their orders taken, I pulled up to the speaker box in my lane, the automated voice greeting does it's thing, and then I waited a moment for someone to ask for my order. After the other lanes car pulled forward I waited about 20 seconds in silence before saying, "hello". After about another minute of silence another car pulled up to the other lane and had their order taken immediately. So I start to raise my voice and then another car in the other lane gets served. I then start to honk my horn and yell. Still nothing and I had just watched someone in front of my have their order taken and to add to it... they have cameras!
