Stopped late last night at 9:20 PM to purchase a $5 Biggie Bag and an Original Chicken Sandwich. I ordered my food to go. The adventure started even before I ordered. There was standing water at the front counter. It ran from the Self Serve Coke Machine to exit from Kitchen. The gentleman in front of me had ordered and I couldn't help but notice that the young lady that waited on him seemed to be more interested in her Cell phone and texting than providing prompt customer service to this customer. He ordered a Strawberry Lemonade as one of his drinks and was specific in his order. She placed his order on counter and placed his drinks in a carrier. He asked and reiterated he order a Strawberry Lemonade. The lady responded to him saying there was no more Strawberry Lemonade currently available at this late hour. Meantime, she never looked directly at the machine which was located directly behind her at anytime after taking his order. Then there was the young man cleaning the French Fries area. He had emptied the French Fries into a clear container and set them aside on adjacent countertop. He was wiping that area down with soap and water and drying this food area with paper towels. He went about his business like it was normal. I proceeded to place my order with Valencia. A $5 Biggie Bag with a Double Stack and an Upgrade to a Medium French Fries and an Original Chicken Sandwich. Valencia proceeded with my order but not before taking her cellphone and continuing to pay close attention to her posts. I watched her place French Fries in a basket fryer and waited until timer went off. Meanwhile she never set her phone down. Once my Fries were ready, she shook the basket a couple of times and proceeded to dump my order into the Container of Fries (have no idea they had been cooked before), gave them a hefty dump of salt and tossed them between the fresh and cold fries and started putting fries in the fries box. Also in the Biggie Bag I had 4 chicken nuggets that I had requested Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce. I forgot to mention that there were no "Wet Floor" signs anywhere in the vicinity of the front counter. The Manager came up front as I was leaving and I inquired where all the water was coming from and she replied that their Coke Soda Dispenser had stopped working and they had Reps trying to fix it. I then left the establishment. I live 3.5 miles from this Wendy's. By the time I got home, my food was disgusting. My French Fries were cold and had become almost soggy. My Double Stack was smashed! My Chicken Sandwich was barely warm. Also didnt have lettuce (but they had signs at counter saying they had no lettuce) and a scantly slice of tomato. I had to reheat both Sandwiches to enjoy my food. I also had no Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce. That whole encounter was Disgusting. Valencia was more concerned about her cellphone than providing customer service! The Manager should have had her employees mopping up the water before somebody possibly got injured. She should have also had a "Wet Floor" sign up for Safety purposes and reasons. That's ridiculous! I won't hear anything back on this post but it needs to be...
Read moreI go to Wendy's quite often, and in my opinion it's a pretty close call on the bad expirences and the good onesthat I have been through. I want to give recognition to the black guy that seems to most always be there. He is so sweet, kind and how every person who has a job should treat costomers. In general if people took pride in their jobs no matter the job title and learned to embrace it verses sometimes giving off a bad vibe and lying bc it's those type of people that make you not want to go back ever.
I apologize if this comes off petty, but after this happens over and over enough is enough.
My little girl is a very picky eater I'm very clear on what I order in make sure they get everything, and then at the window I ask again and straight lie and tell me my sauses are in there.
I get the same thing every time I go extra honey mustard sauce on my grilled chicken sanwhich EXTRA PICKLES AND ONIONS, I love that sauce so I make point to get two small cups for my child with her French fries so she won't demolish my chicken sandwich.
I'm a busy mommy so there closed and at 200 I'm finally able to eat. Nothing is open. And only to find out there is hardly any sauce on my sandwich and not one pickle or onion. I asked st the window she said everything is in the bag and I said even the TWO extra cups of sauce.
The one time i didn't check is the one time they really mess up.
I have not eaten all day and my mouth was watering for that and I'm justnlibid that this happens time after time and the main thing is I get charged for all extra that I don't even get.
Is there a number I can call tonight tonnage a complaint? I know the place is closed but is there not somewhere bc I've had it. I understand mistakes but time after time it's getting old. Please help if anyone knows a number.

Read moreIf I could leave less than zero stars I would. The name on my receipt is Aniya but there were three girls in the window. The rudest one had glasses on and her hair was braided and slightly covered her face. While I was placing my order at the speaker I wasn't allowed to finish speaking the name of the item I wanted before the girl would begin speaking over me, interrupting me every single time I spoke. Once I got to the window all of the girls seemed confused about what I had ordered. I asked for ketchup and the girl acted like she was annoyed that I had asked for additional items and when I realized the ranch I'd asked for to go with my nuggets was not in the bag I asked for ranch as well and the girl said "oh my god!" in response as she turned to get it. When I arrived home I also realized they had neglected to provide me with a straw. I can't remember a time when I've had a more negative customer service experience nor a time when I've been treated more rudely than I was at this Wendy's. I was so upset by the way I was treated that I'd lost my appetite by the time I got back home with my food. I will NEVER go back to this Wendy's, in fact the food I received was not what I wanted (probably since I was interrupted while I was in the process of ordering) but I'd had such a negative experience with the employees that I didn't want to go back to fix it.
