I called for a to go order at a quarter to eight and was put on hold...then disconnected. I had been holding for 5 minutes already. I kept trying to call and they would answer and hang up. I finally got hold of someone and she told me they already closed down the ovens and said I didn't need to yell which I wasn't and hung up on me. I was almost there so decided to go in. They still had some people and it was still before closing time. As I walked in the server was talking to another worker about a phone call she just got and complaining about me so all could hear. I walked up to her and said that was me. I have been trying to order a salad and that does not require an oven. She told me they could make it for me this time and so they did. I have my own business and customer service is so important in any business. These employees were more concerned with getting off by 8 sharp than they were with taking care of a customer. I was treated like I was in the wrong and spoke to very rudely. I will never go back to that location...the food is good but customer service...

Everyone has different pizza preferences so it's good to try a pizza shop at least once. That said, this pizza style is not for me. The crust is rolled, dockered, and cooked at a low temp so it's a thick dense bread-like crust. Not thick like east coast pizza but more like the premade crusts you buy from the store or some frozen pizzas. I believe the sauce has garlic and or parm in it. I love garlic and parm but prefer a fresh tomato tasting sauce. The sauce was still good though.

When ordering my pizza over the phone, the gentleman had a hard time hearing me. The phone call took awhile because of that and my order got messed up. They said they have very old phones and it can be hard to hear. It would be inexpensive to upgrade their phone to improve their service. This has clearly been an issue. I was fine taking the order as is anyways but the lady very generously discounted my order.

Overall, I'd recommend trying their pizza at least once to see if it's for you. They also have all sorts of other menu...

Yesterday was our first and last time eating here. I was shocked at how rude the two young ladies working Saturday night were, I don’t think I have ever been treated that rude just for calling in a food order. One actually did apologize to my husband for being rude even though I’m the one she was rude to then she lied to me saying she did not apologize for being rude but for the long wait, my husband said she absolutely apologized for being rude he told me the wait was not long. Got the food home and the order was wrong, when I called to let the girl know it was wrong she went on and on as to why it was wrong I didn’t need all that info a simple “sorry about that come back and I’ll give you the right item” finally after she was done arguing with me she offered to give me the right item but I was so annoyed with my whole experience with this place I didn’t want my missing item. The food itself was pretty good but we will never...

Hands down one of the best pizza spots I’ve ever been to! The crust is perfectly baked crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside and every bite is packed with flavor. You can tell they use fresh, quality ingredients because the toppings actually stand out instead of getting lost in the sauce and cheese. Speaking of sauce, it has that perfect balance of tangy and savory that makes you want another slice before you’ve even finished the first. The whole experience feels like real passion goes into every pie. Whether you’re grabbing a classic pepperoni or something more unique, the flavors are bold, balanced, and absolutely delicious. Definitely my new go-to spot for pizza!

Guido’s is EXACTLY what I was looking for in a cozy, local pizza place. My kiddos were starving after an afternoon at Mortimer’s Farm, and couldn’t make it all the way into town. I’m so glad we stopped here. Guido’s has a nice selection of beer, and I was surprised to see one of my all time favorites, Moose Drool! Nice selection of toppings, salads, and classic Italian entres. We all loved the pizza and the kids loved the booth with the nice window view. I noticed lots of locals stopping in and being greeted warmly by the staff. The manager or owner stopped by a few times to say hi and check on us. Don’t think twice about stopping in to this comfortable, cozy, delicious spot!

First time. Take Out. Ordered 1/2 blk olive/pineapple and the other half veggie. Great taste and not greasy. I prefer having the crust cooked less. Will remember that next time. Also, got a small mixed greens salad (enough for 3-4). Side of dressing is Ken's. Got Ranch. Yum. Overall.... Very fast. Ready in 20 mins! Highly recommend. Affordable. They have about 14 tables for dine in. The subs looked good too!
