Ruined my engagement ring! Did a half ass job! When i went in to talk to them about my ring they were super nice and helpful and seemed like they knew what they were doing. They told me it would take them 2 weeks to resize my ring. So i said okay and trusted the process.. got my ring back and its warped and was not rhodium plated.. so its now a faded yellow color, and you can see on the ring where they resized it. When i picked up the ring at first look i couldnt tell.. but as the days went on i started to notice how yellow the band looked and asked my fiance if it looked odd and he was pissed when he saw how bad it looked. My brand new 6,000 dollar ring looks worn and old like i have had it for years. I am so upset. These supposed to be professionals. They should know how to finish the job. I am now taking my ring in AGAIN to another jeweler so they can fix their lazy work. Ive seen multiple reviews at other jewelers saying they got their rings resized that day in 30 minutes-hour and it looked flawless! Curious why it took them 2 weeks, and still gave me my ring back unfinished and warped. Anyway...DO NOT GET YOUR PRECIOUS...

Poor customer service I called because Nationwide told us we can contact a jewelry store to see if they can lightly repair my boyfriend’s daughters glasses, she has finals next week and we won’t have her glasses in time. I called before I could finish my sentence the lady was rude right away and said this is a jewelry store we don’t repair glasses as if I was an idiot. I said I was only asking because Nationwide told us to ask a jewelry… talks over me rude again we only repair jewelry. Their website and reviews sounded very inviting but instead I was left with a bad experience. I love looking and buying jewelry but with this experience I will not be stopping here...

I brought my wedding ring in to have the prongs fixed. (I work a job where my ring catches alot & the prongs were shifting). The gentleman there was very nice & professional.
