Nicholas the waiter is the greatest waiter of all time. I tried to hire him at my restaurant for a salary for 1,000,000 but he refused because he is loyal to his family. This loyalty only made my desire to have him be a part of crew even stronger. I ventured back to Rhode Island to meet with the man one last time in an effort to bring him aboard on my staff. Once again he took me outside and spinning elbowed me in my quadricep and swiftly tickled my big toe until I fell over from exhaustion. His overwhelming power scared me away for a very long time. 20 years passed and I returned after my training to fight Nick in a rematch.Yes, by this time he had eaten so much of Bee's Famous Pad Thai™ and sweet tea's from McDonalds that he had obtained maximum mass, 0% body fat. 400lbs. of muscle. He saw me and ran through the door and picked me up and threw me in the pacific Ocean where it took me 3 days to swim back to shore. Once I reached shoreline Nick showed up and dropkicked me to Europe. On my way over the ocean, I could only think about how humbling of an experience it was to have fought this man and lost.

Read moreJust went to Bee's for takeout for the first time, and was already pleased by my experience ordering the over the phone. Fist of all, they were open before 5, which my usual go to spot isn't, and sometimes a girl needs her Pad Thai before 5! Also, they did not have a credit card minimum which helps when all you want is Pad Thai... (the other place has a $15 minimum) Got to the restaurant and was greeted with smiling faces and loved that I could see right into the kitchen, which is very clean looking ( as well as the rest of the place). Their credit card device was uploading and it was taking some time so the owner that was checking me out apologized but was very friendly and entertained me with small talk until it was up and running, he then thanked me for my patience, super nice man! Got back and had my delicious before 5 dinner, you guessed it: Pad Thai ( veggie and tofu). it was not overly sweet and the veggies and tofu were not soggy and the noodles... i could go on and on, loved every bit of it, i have tried many a Thai dishes and this to my liking. I am planning on going back to eat in,...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant as a vegan. We received appetizers and drinks, then placed our entree orders. We asked about vegan options and were told that they could only do their curries or pad thai. We both ordered pad thai, which wasn’t exactly what we wanted but we understood if that’s the only option that could be made vegan. We ate our appetizers and about fifteen minutes later, our waiter came back explaining that because they were so busy and only had two cooks in the kitchen (mind you the restaurant was maybe half full at best), they were unwilling to make the pad thai vegan because it would take more time. We didn’t really want curry, so we told them we would just go. Now, I’m not a restaurant owner but if I was, I would absolutely tell my staff to comp $16 worth of two appetizers and a soda after that experience, but alas, we still paid for everything. In a city with sub-par thai food options, they unfortunately lost two potential patrons and we lost what could have been a decent option...
