From the moment I walked in, the vibrant and clean atmosphere set the tone for a great meal. Kevin and Jazmine were friendly and incredibly helpful, guiding me through their extensive menu with a smile. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite; the fish was impeccably fresh, and the vegetables were crisp and flavorful. I especially enjoyed the spicy sriracha sauce that Emily and Heidy recommended to me. I believe I got the salmon, spicy tuna, and shrimp protein options, which allowed me to create a bowl tailored perfectly to my taste. The balance of flavors and textures was spot on! If I were to dock a point anywhere, it would be the temperature inside. From standing in line to sitting down, I was dying from the heat. I am not sure if they forgot to turn on their AC or what, but the excellent customer service made up for that. We stopped by here while visiting Brown. I ordered two poke bowls and BOTH orders were mixed up. For one bowl I asked for sushi rice and three chicken. The second bowl was salad with tuna and Serrano peppers and chicken. They put lettuce in the first bowl and rice in the second bowl. The peppers were also put in the first bowl. And there were no three chicken in there. There was barely any chicken in there. I would’ve complained and demanded a refund but it was hot and we were in a rush. Also it’s 90 degrees outside and the place has NO AIR CONDITIONER. Server also extremely rude. I asked for extra bowls and she just pointed her finger to her left. Like I’m supposed to know what that means. So I stood there and asked her where. The person making a bowl for someone else had to stop what she was doing to get me bowls while this rude person was doing nothing. I wish I could share some feedback about their food, but I never even got a chance to try it. I was getting crepes next door when I saw this place.. I tried to order the food online, but it wouldn't let me order the menu item I wanted. So I called to place an order for take-out since there was no place to park. Just answering the phone seemed like it was an inconvenience to the guy who picked up. Perhaps he was new.. or just a young and careless teen. I asked to place an order for take-out and it was like it was the first time he'd ever been asked that. He stepped away from the phone for a minute and when he came back on, he said I couldn't order over the phone.
