My wife and I attended this spot for our anniversary while vacationing in the area. Reservations are key, which we did and upon arrival were seated within minutes. They were even able to get us a window seat as requested. Staff from the beginning were very friendly. Appetizers and entrées were PERFECT!! Food was hot and flavorful with minimal wait times for being busy. The appetizer we ordered was the cauliflower wings and for entrées we had the cranberry salad with salmon and dill pickle salmon. We wanted to add specifically, our server was phenomenal. From the receipt their name appeared to be Johannes and our order came out perfect, with substitutions for sides, and not a single thing was written down by them. Remembering an entire order from memory and having it come together is quite a skill. Overall this was a great anniversary and finally we had a meal that came out to perfection. The only tricky part of the entire visit could be the parking, but if you can find a spot, for the price and service you get from this restaurant, we would both highly recommend you go.

I’m not usually one to leave a ton of reviews, but Fanizzi’s was an amazing find, I felt compelled to share my experience. My girlfriend and I were driving all throughout New England and saw this place was reviewed highly so our expectations were high to begin with. I can honestly say that this may have been one of the greatest meals of my entire life! We arrived somewhat late and the service staff was very friendly and accommodating, the location was amazing, right on the water. My girlfriend ordered the lobster ravioli, which was delicious, and I ordered the cajun seafood alfredo. Every night since our dinner at Fanizzi’s we have dreamt of this dish. It was so unbelievably tasty! Whereas normally when you eat something delicious, it’s amazing for the first two or three bites and then subsequently good for the remaining, every single bite had us in awe. If we ever find ourselves in Provincetown again, Finizzi’s is an absolute must for our trip. I would suggest getting a reservation, and the only downside i can speak of was the limited parking availability.

Delicious lunch with a Cape Cod Bay view. A menu with an array of choices to please the whole table. Limited parking on property, but I am excited that it is open year round in the beach community. My partner could not resist the lunch chicken parm. It was crisp chicken crowned with flavorful red sauce and melted cheese with a hearty serving of pasta.. I got the restaurants Fanizzi's Favorite burger on an English muffin. The burger is marinated with micro ale and herbs. The patty is accompanied by cheese, bacon, lettuce , tomato, onion, & pickles. Even though I asked for no onion, it did come with it. I just removed it. I asked to have the vegetable medley instead of fries, but the fries came by accident. The vegetable was offered to replace it immediately, but the skin on fries looked good. I am happy it did not have an outside coating. The man who seated us was friendly and talked to us while we waited for a table to get set. Th waiter was helpful in making suggestions. This was our second time at the restaurant.

I just want to say this place was so good we went two nights in a row. We had no complaints of anything, not even the 45-60 min wait. It does not matter what time you go - it is always packed (even the bar). We had the Holy Cosmo & a dirty martini & both drinks were great! Dinner both nights was phenomenal. The crab cakes & clam chowder were fresh. Chicken Marsala was made with homemade Marsala sauce that was incredibly fresh & you could taste the wine - chicken was cooked perfectly. The herb-crusted baked scallops were to die for - I inhaled it just to get to my favorite dessert ever, Tiramisu. You could easily share it with someone - it is that big. Cajun seafood Alfredo was not as spicy as anticipated but the Alfredo sauce wasn’t as thick & filling, which was good for us. The pasta was GF & didn’t taste like normal pasta - also a plus! Baked cod (special) was very flaky & fresh as well. Ambiance & service was 👍🏼. All in all, a superb dining experience & anyone visiting P-town should check this place out!

Beautiful space overlooking the water and Provincetown and they even have a small (very small) parking lot! We ordered the clam chowder, Cajun seafood alfredo and a non-Cajun seafood alfredo as well as a mojito. I found the chowder very disappointing as it was not creamy at all. It had little flavor and felt more like a clam broth vs a chowder. The alfredo’s were good but as we happily discovered, it tasted better as leftovers! I think being able to sit for a few days in the seasoning and sauce really helped to enhance the flavor. It was good when we ate it at the restaurant, but it was better at home. The Cajun portion had good heat, but nothing too spicy for those who may want just a little bit of punch, and the seafood was plentiful and tasty. There are a lot of places to choose from in PTown, but I do think Fanizzi's is worth a stop.

Came because of the good reviews but if you ask me, you can tell it’s a tourist trap. Food was okay, service was rushed, and we were seated towards the back where there was no view of the ocean. I think a view would have made the experience worth it. The back room just felt like an afterthought. We ordered the meatloaf, steak tips, a chicken that was on the specials menu, and a mediterranean plate (which is normally an appetizer but there was a lack of vegetarian entrees besides a veggie burger). Entrees were all… okay. As appetizers we got the calamari and the caprese salad. Calamari was good but the caprese was incredibly disappointing. Dried basil and unripe roma tomatoes made it hard to eat. I would probably steer clear, especially if there’s a vegetarian in your party and if you can’t get a table with a view.
