Cannery Wharf Park — Attraction in Provincetown

When I came here for the first time several years ago it was basically a vacant lot with some picnic benches. I remember sitting in the hot sun and thinking that they could do alot with the space. Came back in 2025 and lo, they have done alot with the space. It's now a real park complete with signage, a public bathroom and even a lawn which is like... I guess water isnt an issue in this part of the country but anyway. Super nice, obviously a vast improvement over what they called this space five years ago, well...

This is a really beautiful small park. It’s a great place to come to for beach access and to watch the water. It is very clean and tidy and the grass is superb. Great place to rest, relax, or eat a snack.

Has a little bit of everything: a great view, a beach, a grass lawn, beautiful plantings, seating, tables, historic & scientific info and a bathroom!
