Mean Burgers Ptown — Restaurant in Provincetown

Rude!

Ordered a burger but I couldn't get a cup of water. She acted like everything that I asked for was an inconvenience.

Edit. My son asked for a water cup and she gave us the most annoyed look ever. She could have just said that the cup cost money or they just do bottled water . Next, we asked for another plate because my two young kids to couldn't eat a single burger. She again looked like she was in debate as to whether give us a plate or say no. She's signed, and eventually gave us a plate. There was no smile at all, but just a look of annoyance. We were very friendly and my sons were smiling, so there was no reason for such an attitude. The location is good and the food is all right, but you can do much better elsewhere with the customer service. I would not recommend this place because the service was just absolutely horrendous. I've been a manager of many restaurants as a youth and I will say that this customer service cannot be any worse. Go...

Best burgers on the cape!!! First of all many places take for granted hamburger and fries option on the menu. This is not so at Ptown burgers! They put so much care and love into each burger that they serve. We were blown away. Their brioche bun was fresh and delicious. Their bacon was crispy as requested, the meat patty was flavorful and the perfect size and their special sauce recipe makes other sauces pale in comparison. Fries were crispy and perfectly done. They really understand that the burger and fries are meant to complement each other! Seating is on a shared picnic bench area in the Whalers Wharf. Highly recommend!...

Words cannot describe how wonderful my experience here was. The lady who served my sister and I was so kind and thoughtful. The food here is so amazing the plantains were so amazing they were nice and hot just like everything else we got. The chicken sandwich that we got was so delicious. When taking the first bite you can tell that everything they used were fresh and of high quality. I would recommend this place to anyone I know who wants a really good and filling...
