If I could rate a zero I would! We were drawn into the store because of the name but found the inventory randomly organized, dusty and old...on our way out the cashier- owner or manager ??? was very rude to several customer- he scolded an adult male looking through place mates to make sure he put them back in the correct order. He yelled at a teenager to look with his eyes not his hands. And then he yelled at Another adult male quietly waiting for other in his group decided to eat a hard candy was yelled at for eating in the store-because it leaves dirty fingerprints. This is within minutes - horrible management and crappy merchandise!

This store has no idea what customer service means - the owner, manager, or front desk clerk literally told my husband and me to make sure we put the door mats backs after looking at the pile. (Rather than perhaps asking us if we had found the mat we were looking for). Sale lost - we would have purchased multiple items to the tune of several hundred dollars, but after being treated like children - we told the shop clerk what we thought and left without spending a cent. We will frequent the shops in Ptown who give a sh*t about their customers. Oh and by the way, we will buy those same mats direct from the supplier. The owner/worker knocked through the glass, opened the door, and had such a bad attitude that we were window shopping. It caught me so off guard that I had to check Google to see if he was a serial offender. Buy your souvenirs elsewhere — all the items in this store are infused...
