I gave this particular McDonald's 3 stars because I received exceptional service from one employee and terrible service from the other. I should be a little more specific, SO... Get ready for this experience! So my friend and I order, pull up to the FIRST window to pay and my friend couldn't find her wallet. So, naturally she is looking for it in her purse... Well, this extremely rude lady waiting for the money, was huffing and puffing so obviously loud , that it got both our attention. It was so rude I was embarrassed for my friend. I didn't say anything to this employee because she wasn't management and it would ave been pointless... She would have just responded really and giving us more attitude.., So, finally after my friend found her money , we paid this sarcastic, impatient, rolling-eyed employee. Oh, it gets even better... by the way, prior to paying her... We had to knock on the window to get her open it again because she "ever -so -politely "slammed it shut when we left her waiting (for a total of 30 seconds) the first time. I'm so sorry this review is so long but you must hear this... The second window experience coming up: we cool forward for our order frustrated and hungry and sit there with nobody at the window. And when I say nobody I mean nobody in sight at all..ANYWHERE! THIS INCLUDES CUSTOMERS! (Employees must have been super busy scrubbing the nasty, greasy floors or something and we just couldn't see them?) But, sooner or later an employee 'actually' cleaning the lobby, luckily bent over the counter for something and noticed us! YAY, RIGHT? We were not that lucky. She was simply cleaning the lobby because I saw her walk to the back and then walk back up to the front with a male manager. Oh, And two other employees (ever so busy in the back with this manager.) But, at least she went to get somebody.... I was so impressed with this lower-level employee, I asked for her name. But, not from management. Apparently he was too busy to come talk to me but extremely sorry for my experience. Boy, I can see how you'd be too busy when you're hanging out with employees in the back room. I then insisted on management. First of all guys, be a proactive employee anyway and ask if there's anything you can do after you assure them that you will get the manager. This might actually avoid a supervisor getting involved. And especially if he's too busy playing in the back room....! The manager took at least 20 minutes more... I have proof because the people behind me were forever honking at me. Finally, so I wasn't the rude person, I pulled into a stall and simply walked inside. I had to. The manager was suddenly not there dot-dot like physically there, got it. Oh yeah and too busy to speak to me... But, it could have been on a phone call, or on a break... Trying to keep up with the excuses. So he never showed... I finally spoke to another sarcastic primadonna who obviously didn't care about our complaint.... So, I made it easy for her. For our time and the attitudes from everybody, she could either give us free meals or free shakes. Now, because it takes a manager to actually come up physically to the counter to comp a meal, she opted for the free shakes. I'm telling you, this was the worst experience I've ever had it any fast food restaurant in my life! They almost gave me the wrong order, which happens sometimes. then I get home and find my sandwiches just thrown in the bag not even wrapped all the way. They were all smothered in so much sauce that all you could really see is soggy bread and mayo. The shredded lettuce looked rotten. I didnt even get my fries. It almost looked as if it was dropped in the trash and then picked up and given to me.I threw it all away. They definitely need some proper training on how to make a sandwich and how to bag it right. It also wouldn't hurt if they cleaned up the restaurant too. It's sad because this location used to be the best as well as the cleanest location around.Editing because this location actually got worse a year later when i forgot about my previous experience 🤢 Tried to file complaint with store manager but they just said they didnt understand what we were talking about and hung up. We thought it was a joke but didnt understand since we were super nice and paitent. They had us wait for over 20 min at drive thru just to get a 15 dollar bundle wich was very cold. When we got home one of the big macs was missing both patties. Now to top it off we are all sick to our stomachs. This location should be shut down. This is the secound time we waisted our money and they refused to make it better. At this same location! Read moreNot happy with this location today, specially after the way they spoke to me. For starters I order online my phone was dying so I needed to get a charge quick to get the bonus points for the rewards program. Let me just tell y'all how warm it was after a short, but cold bike ride from the front runner. Anyways, can you believe they almost the second I sat down they switch the ac on? Weird I thought, but at that same time they cut off the power and my phone dies. I walk up to the front to see what was going on an the cashier already has an attitude with me saying she don't control the power, I asked to speak with a manager to explain that I needed my phone for the mobile order, the employee rudely responds an says " good luck" am snickers off. To make matters worse the manager comes to me as unprofessional as you can imagine and explains the power isn't for guests. After she refused to turn on the power she begins to include that maybe I should go plug it in to my car. This women knew I rode my bike so I'm not sure what that comment was about, not only was I insulted for not having a vehicle but I can hear people behind the registers make rude comments an slick remarks about me in Spanish like I don't understand, Me illamo Héctor like hello?.
