Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Provo

I am a lifelong Pizza Hut fan. Grew up on that stuff. This is consistently the worst quality Pizza Hut location I have ever patronized. The breadsticks and crust, even pan, are never cooked in enough oil. The signature of Pizza Hut is their oily crust but this location is either cutting down on costs or just doesn't train their employees on how to make their food correctly. They barely put sauce on their chicken wings or pizza.

Multiple times, they gave me marinara sauce containers that were painfully obviously watered down and still only halfway filled. The pizza itself usually doesn't even have enough sauce to cover the crust and then they don't even use enough cheese to cover the sauce. You basically get bread here. They give you bread that sort of smells like Pizza Hut but doesn't taste like it. They give you bread but charge you full price for pizza.

Honestly, this place needs to shape up or lose their franchise license. I understand that most unassuming BYU students don't care enough to complain but that doesn't mean their service is right. Because this is so close to campus, they will likely do fine no matter what. Personally, I am going to start driving 15+ minutes to Orem or Springville in order to get decent Pizza Hut. I know you probably won't but please do the same. We need to send a message.

Ordered pizza New Years Eve. They were the absolute worst pizza's I've EVER in my life gotten from anywhere & I'm not exaggerating. I called for a full refund & the kid argued with me, saying he was manager, he made the pizza himself by pizza hut specifications, wanted us to bring the pizza's all the way back in on new years eve night so he could look at them! (Not happening) Then said he'd remake them. I know pizza hut does this, but I didn't want anymore pizza's made by him. My son, who's in remission from leukemia, ended up with hives all over his face, neck, & back, his face was bright red. Scared the hec out of us. Thank goodness the benadryl worked! What was in that pizza? Nothing EVER happened like that eating pizza hut before! Of course I've never ate a pizza hut pizza that looked like that before. If you're manager, you should be fired! The app was down when I tried ordering, so I went through the website and it said there would be an 80 minute wait. They sent me a confirmation email and said it would arrive at 9:20 pm (about 80 min after the ordering time). Then we waited, and tracked the pizza. The tracker only has 3 settings, so you can see when they got the order, when the pizza is baking, and when they have it out for delivery. It said out for delivery at around 9:00, so I waited by the door and checked my phone. 9:30 rolled around, and no pizza. I called the store and the girl who answered heard my question and put me on hold (turns out she was grabbing her manager, but she didn't say anything. She just stuck me on hold as soon as I was done talking). The manager told me that my order had been cancelled because the delivery guy called me and knocked on my door with no luck. My phone had zero calls, there had been no knock, and the manager offered no solution but just kept repeating that the order was cancelled. Poor customer service, and the delivery guy legit didn't even try to find my apartment.
