Nefi offered me a free sandwich and fries to try as I wasn’t too keen on cheesesteak sandwiches, usually the meats are low quality bad cuts, and full of chewy bits. His genuine hospitality won me over, I wanted to pay for my meal of course and give this a solid try, and boy I’m glad I did, best luck I’ve had in a while, perfect amount of Swiss cheese infused in the mead, grill toasted bread and peppers and zero chewy bits!!! Nefi cooked everything fresh, even the fries!! I’ll be coming back. This was literally the best cheese steak I've ever had in my life. First, let me just say that I'm from Southern California so I'm surrounded by a fair share of delicious food. I've never had a cheese steak this good and out of all the things I ate during my visit, I still dream about their sandwich. The amount of food, not to mention how fresh and perfectly seasoned the meat is (not just salty): PERFECTION. Don't even get me started on the fries!  Too good! Incredible owner, great Philly cheesesteaks all packed into a food truck. Although these aren’t fully traditional and don’t have the same flavors The Meat’s take on Philly cheesesteaks shows how people who love food can make some great stuff without following a recipe. A friend and I got the classics and then shared a loaded fry (was a bit too much but he was happy to bring it home). When in the mood for a good sandwich and friendly service, this is the place to go.
