This is gonna take a bit of a story. I was ready to give this place a 5 star rating up until my fiance received her dress. The staff is super friendly, the dresses are gorgeous! They had great service and they were really supportive the whole time we were trying different designs. We found a dress that my fiance liked, measured to get the dress sized correctly and it had a 2 month delivery. When it arrived it was WAY too small! Instead of trying to apologize or offer any kind of meaningful solution, they tried to stuff her into the dress for a test fit, and kept trying to persist even while my fiance was clearly saying "this isn't going to fit!" They never got the back to zip up, but instead of trying to fix the problem they just told my fiance to buy shape-wear. The whole process just felt like they were telling us "The dress isn't wrong, you just need to conform to it!" We took the dress to a seamstress for a couple alterations, and she was BAFFLED that they even tried to make her fit into it in the first place given how poorly it was sized! Staff took absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY for the mistake, didn't offer any kind of resolution and still made us pay the full amount. We won't even have time to find another dress because of how long they made us wait for the delivery! Incredibly poor service for such a huge mistake! If you're going to charge $1,000+ for a product, you NEED to step up your customer...

I had an incredible experience at Affordable Bridal Boutique! The sales associate that helped me was so sweet, worked to understand my vision and my style, and was not pushy at all. She was very attentive, hyping me up the whole time. I visited other shops that were very uninterested and didn’t seem to care that I was there, but Affordable Bridal Boutique truly made this a special part of planning my wedding. A memory that I will cherish. They had so many sizes in so many styles in stock so after I decided on my dress for sure, I was able to take my dress home the next day!

When I went to pick up the dress, the shop owner came in just for me when the shop was closed (due to associates that were sick) because I live out of town and was headed home that day. Further, I had an issue with my seamstress (no relation to Affordable Bridal Boutique) and the owner offered solutions that went above and beyond what would be expected. I really felt cared about throughout the whole processes. They are very willing to do everything they can to make this part of your wedding a good experience.

A good, honest business owned by a good, honest woman. It’s very clear that the he culture of this shop is to be supportive and non-pushy towards their brides. An incredible business to support. I can’t say enough good things and I am so thankful for everything they did for me to make my experience...

Came in and the attendant said that a walk in came in but not to worry because I had the appointment and she would make sure to help me out.

However, once she zipped up my dress she pretty much disappeared to help the other girl. I even had to have my friend come and help me get in and out of dresses because she was occupied with the other girl. I know she has a big day coming up too but I did have an appointment and wanted to feel like I was a bride.

I had told her the dress I was looking for and she said to just pick out dresses. I picked a lot that I didn’t know from looking at were not the style shape wise that I was looking for. So most of the time I was trying on things I didn’t like. I thought explaining what you wanted meant they would pick some dress and help you find them since they know their inventory better than you.

I gave two stars because she was nice, not attentive, but she did bring me my favorite dress at the very end. I didn’t purchase since I wasn’t ready but also she wasn’t there to help me feel special in the dress. It’s like I went to TJ maxx and was picking and trying stuff myself. Disappointed with the service.
