Stogies — Local services in Provo

Terrible service, rarely have what I want or need. And the last time I went in there 3 weeks ago... I bought some things that amount2d to $16.08. 5 minutes after I left I saw in my banking app that they charged me twice. So I go back and show then, and im told a manager has to do it and they are out of town. They tell me to write down my name and phone number and the manager will call me when they are back... 2 weeks no call, I go back in and show then again and say it's $16 it's not that big a deal, but I was charged 2x it's priciciple... once again I'm told need to cone when the manager is there... and manager only works morning.. I've been in 3 different times now... And I can't get refunded... The original time I went to get refunded was literally 5 min or less since the transaction happened. That's a joke, even Walmart the worst customer service place on the planet can quickly and easily refund you 16$. It's dishonest, it's lazy, it's disrespectful of my time. And it's stealing! will never buy anything there again and recommend you don't either . Do jot buy from dishonest places and people who are not willing to do the right thing.... without you having to pester them over and over...

Was double Charged over the weekend for a $6 coil, and was told to bring my phone in a couple days to show I wasn't refunded and they could refund me or give me a coil. Today I called and told the manager what was going on and he was extremely rude saying I need to bring in a printed statement so I could prove I'm not lying. My phone has a the same capabilities through the app. Well the manager being extremely rude starts cussing me out calling me another name I rather not say. I have my 3 month old with me and am getting ready to leave town for my brother's funeral. They have lost my buisness and my respect. I definitely will never go back to this location. If I could give this location zero stars I would. this guy Shouldn't be a manager. Ive spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here buying my mods and accessories, I will never spend another dollar here and make sure my family and friends do the same. Over...

I have never had such a difficult and horrible experience with a smoke shop. And it isn't just the one in Provo, every single one of their stores I have had a problem with something they have sold me whether it be advising me on the wrong coil, giving me items that have been manufactured wrong, I have literally had an entire week of horrible frustration because of stogies. I am frustrated to the max. I am tired of having to come and exchange things, just for more stuff that doesn't work or doesn't work with my specific vaporizer. If you are looking for a decent vaporizer, I suggest waiting the shipping time, because it's a lot better than having all your nerves raw and ready to flip out on stogies employee because they have sold you something just because it is expensive comma instead of advising you correctly and selling you something of quality.
