I’ve been to this location 3 times, all with the same end result. The first time, I was in line for 25 minutes, with only just a few cars in line. When I got to the window, I sat there for over 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged me. They were very rude. When I got home, they had messed up my order (Texas whopper was made like a basic cheese burger) the second time, which happened 2 days ago, I was given 2 chicken jrs and had ordered a classic chicken meal, which I never received. The 2 chicken jrs were burnt. I called the store and had to call 7 times before anyone picked up. I was polite, as I have worked in the restaurant business before (at another bk location) so understand mistakes happen, but was giving them the benefit of the doubt. The lady took my name and wrote it on the board. She asked if I had a receipt and I said no they didn’t give me one, to which she responded “yeah, they are bad about that.” She said I could come by anytime. We showed up yesterday and I told them what the lady told me, and they were confused and asked what time I called and who spoke to. I told them what the order was supposed to be, and they told me to pull forward. Once getting to the window, nobody said anything again for a few minutes while we sat there, then a guy opened the window and shoved the bag out saying, “here you go.” And slammed the window shut. Upon getting home, the 2 chicken jrs were burnt again and they had stuck a chicken jr on a whopper bun with a piece of lettuce for me. The chicken was also not fresh. Read moreJust went in to this Burger king and ordered the 2 for 10 i ordered the wopper and chicken sandwich thats on the menu and when i got home it was a totally different sandwich so i called to see if i can get it fixed and a so called manager ALEX answered tbe phone and said that she cannot control the images on the menu but i should've been told that the crispy chicken sandwich thats on the image on the MENU. Does not come with the 2 for 10 .. I was also informed I should of specifically said i want the rounded chicken sandwich so i wouldn't have recieved the long style sandwich. So i asked ALEX if i can get the sandwiches that is on the image i was repeatedly told no because their is a huge price difference .. Then why is the image on the 2 for ten she repeatedly was ingonring the fact that that's false advertising and i should get the crispy chicken sandwich thats on the image She was rude she yelled at me and said i was giggling on the phone but wouldn't you if you were in my situation. You should of asked for the rounded one sir that image is not on the menu hmmmm yes it is go outside and look at your menu.. Well ok i wont be returning to that burger king ..ALEX has poor customer service and. Rude and tries to discredit everything your saying speak over you and even go as far as to yell at you she needs to be trained in customer service if you want ALEX to mess up on your order and deny it after the fact and not recieve what you ordered or a refund or even just making it right go to that Burger king. They served me a burnt bitter burger today. I called in and spoke to male manager about it and also requested a refund for the burger ONLY. The male manager who was on duty did not possess good customer service skills at all. He was unapologetic about the mishap and didn't seem to care much that a customer had gotten a bad meal. He told me I needed to come back to the location for a refund, I was driving and I was about 12 mins away from that restaurant and asked if I could take it to another BK closer to my home. He told me I needed to return to his store for the refund- I found out later from Google I could have taken the burger to any BK and be refunded. Anyhow, I went to the restaurant and got refunded- the lady who helped me was pleasant. While I was not happy about the burnt burger what really upset me more was the manager's attitude.
I am DONE eating from Burger King as of today. If it's not one issue, it's another. In the last month or so, in 3 different locations I have had bad experiences. I have gotten cold fries, burger with missing ingredient, seen employers taking orders at the window in dirty clothes and others looking very unkept. I really LIKED BK but they obviously don't like their customers as much so...
