I love dutch bros, but there customer service has started to lack. I go there to get my favorite coffee before I run errands or go to work. This morning was one of those days where I needed a fave from the Dutch. Well I saw a huge line of cars so I did what I always do when there's a huge line. I get out of my car and use the walk up window. I find it to be much faster than sitting in line in my car. Well. Not today. I walk up to the window and the girl at the window takes my order and before I pay, she tells me she will be right back. Which is fine, except she doesn't come back for about 5 minutes. Alright, fine. I pay and she says she will "get to my coffee when she can". This person is specifically for the walk up window. The two other girls are for the drive up cars. Three people in total. The girl leaves me standing there and walks outside. I stand there for now a total of 15 minutes waiting for my one cup. My gps is still going so I know how long it will now take me to get to work. I made it there in plenty of time, but now that I've paid and I've stood there waiting, time is going by. No coffee. The two girls inside the stand proceed to pay no attention to me expect for the occasional glance and they continue on. Dutch brothers has always been about customer service. I've been going to dutch brothers for years. When I'm the only one standing in line and there are three people in the stand, how do I wait 15 minutes? This has now happened more than one time and I'm disappointed that my favorite coffee stand is not what...

Havenāt been to a Dutch Bros and noticed this location was open and thought why the hell notā¦. The location definitely stands out, especially as you get further in to the night.
Not sure why it being open after 9pm caught my attention⦠but Iām glade it did. My daughter got German Chocolate Shake and I got a Keto Cold Brew Toasted⦠they hit the spot 100%ā¦
But thatās not why Iām writing thisā¦
itās really easy for anyone anywhere working a closing shift or with a couple hours to the end to not want anything to do with pleasantries or any form of customer service for that matter⦠but our (my daughter and I) conversation with this lovely young lady (blonde and I think she had kinda pig tails at the time? Sorry I talk too much and wasnāt paying as much attention to the details as you think I wouldāve now that Iām writing thisā¦)⦠plus it was a nice little attention to detail after giving us our order taking an extra added step to verify the taste (to my liking) of a silly request I made of my drink⦠definitely a cherry on top (the attention to detail)ā¦
Long story short⦠over-all super warm and pleasant experience! We will definitely be...

I ordered my large iced 911 and asked if I could please get drizzle on the cup. I then proceeded to ask just on the cup though please, it's too much when it's on the top of the drink too. The barista turns her tone to a very fake pretend to be nice and goes "ya know, I feel like just giving out a free drink today", I was like "uhhh, ok, thank you". I get my coffee and it was a good thing it was free because it was ruined! It was slathered in chocolate drizzle with a huge pool in the bottom of the cup, you couldn't see the drink because the cup was so covered. Worst customer service I've had in my 10 years of going to dutch brothers.
The barista who says "I got you" to everything is the best and will probably be the only reason I give that place...
