This place has horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru on Saturday, March 31st around 5 pm and ordered a double burger, plain, with curly fries. The man, a redhead, taking my order was nice and repeated my order three times while I was waiting to get my food. I always check before I drive off and found that I had a single patty and regular fries. I parked, went inside and waited to explain the problem. The redhead guy seemed to be the only one working at first until I noticed there were three guys in the back just talking and occasionally making the food (incorrectly) that popped up on the screen. I waited for 4 minutes before the redhead (sorry, did not get his name!) had finished his line of customers at the window. No problem with him, he seemed like he was the only one doing his job, the three guys in the back were looking at one guys cellphone and he was wearing glasses.
I explained the wrong order and the redhead went to the guy making the food and told him, "So he did order a double jack" and I heard the guy repeat it back like he didn't have on a headset and heard my order confirmed 3 times. Next, the guy making the food said, "Make sure you get the food back and throw it away." Wow. Ok. Whatever. No sorry needed, dude? Cool. Also, please keep in mind that while I was waiting, I got to notice that the place wasn't clean (fries, napkins and lids on the kitchen floor) and the fries theybwere serving were definitely sitting for a while. This is confusing as there were three people standing around doing nothing because they sure weren't reading the orders. Then they had the nerve to tell the redhead that he had customers waiting on him at the front counter even though they were standing around. I got my order and left. Horrible service and the redhead shouldn't have been treated that way and the other team members should be helpful and not so damn rude when THEY...
Read moreFood quality was fine, I'd give a 3.5/5 for what we received, the items were fully cooked and had most of what we wanted on them.
The food itself as it being presented was a hard 1/5, the woman who I'm assuming took our order was the "manager," dumped our Curly Fries into the back and then decided to fill a fry-holder correctly for another one; then she decided to just throw our items into the bag.
Service was absolutely annoying/ irrating, the male who was cashing us out was absolutely fine, the "manager woman however," was a complete a**. For starters taking our order in a not-so-friendly tone, then proceeding without hearing the rest of our order to END the CONVERSATION and told us to pull up to the next window to pay for the meal. Once we rolled around to the window the "woman" then gave us a total after cutting us of saying "we weren't done ordering." And then proceeding to have a "damn the torpedo" attitude toward me and my family member as if she was in a rush, though there wasn't any orders seen being prepared besides ours. And then rudely walking away without giving our receipt but giving back the card only. The lack of respect or kindness to us customers was appalling. Not going here again unless this woman treats the customers with kindness.
Description of the woman is; long brownish hair, older woman, and has a...
Read moreTook my wife there around 11:40 this morning and had to wait until later in the evening to write this.
I try not to write bad reviews because of how many views mine have. However, the girl working drive through this morning, very small, looked about 16 or so. Was extremely rude and gave me a long, drawn out "aaannnnyyything else?" After my order, which I replied "just a sec". Not 15 seconds later, she did it again, which I very rudely told her to wait. My wife has epilepsy and a hard time reading and focusing sometimes. This was completely ridiculous. After I informed her that her attitude was unacceptable and about my wifes condition, her only reply was that I should have told her that?
No. I should not have to tell a fast food service worker what my wifes medical conditions is, in order to get time to read a menu. And when you are told how disrespectful you are being, you apologize. I will not be back to this jack in the box. There were 3 workers, who all looked like young teens, and there were absolutely no cars in the parking lot, and no cars behind me. There was no reason to try and hurry us. I know this isn't Jack in the boxes fault, but if you have any issues ordering your food in a ridiculous fast way, I'd stay away from...
