Bummed I have to write this but hopefully it'll help improve service or any future issues. I placed an order for Pick-up via DoorDash and my order was accidentally picked up by a driver. When my husband went to try and Pick-up our order he was told it had been picked up already. Jersey Mike team had accidentally placed our order on the doordash shelf and my husband was told they couldn't do anything about it. I called the shop and spoke with both shift leads who were very polite and apologetic. My expectation was to have the $50 order be remade since it was an error made at the shop by either not clearly reading or labeling order (pickup/delivery). I was told I had to call DD customer service because I could not cancel the order in the app since it still showed active and not picked up. Making a customer call customer service instead of merchant calling for their customer since it was the shops mistake is a bit underwhelming. My husband ultimately ended up leaving and we placed an order at Jimmy John's. Again, both shift leads were very polite, and apologetic, but next time it would be helpful to get quickly remake the order for customer since it was a shop hiccup instead of having then make a ton of calls to...

I'm on hold for a wee bit, as the guy I'm on the phone wth babbles with another associate.
Asking if I "for sure" have the right location.. after I've already given them my name, what I ordered and who I ordered through mind you... back to my drink, I asked them if I can just come pick it up since it's already been paid for.
Their answer, "no because it's through uber so any uber mess ups or refunds is through them."
What? I didn't ask for a refund, it was YOUR mistake, I just wanted to go pick up my drink then that I PAID for. Just as the guy went To go get my food and drink (that they forgot), that I paid for.
Overall a pretty crummy customer service experience, as I could hear them say tough luck, no we can't do that, yadda yadda.
I don't plan on purchasing anything else from this location due to the fact they reciprocated with poor customer service and couldn't offer me a solution to an order I paid for. Other than "contact uber for a refund". I didn't want a refund. I just...

The food was made quickly and ready when I picked up however not one single person out of the 3 people working at the front counter greeted me when I walked in. I understand that people get busy working but when all three look up and see me walk in and don’t say anything, in my opinion, that is terrible customer service. Then to top it off when one of the employees walked up next to me to put an order down on the pick up table I looked at her and said thank you. She just ignored me and walked away so I made sure to say it loud enough that the whole store could hear me. Not that it was loud in there, there were only 3 visible employees in the store and no customers. I find customer service to be very important as well as treating employees of places I’m visiting very nice and respectful however this location was sadly definitely lacking in the customer service department.
