Arts Italian Delight Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Quakertown

I'll let you guys/gals in on a little secret (that probably isn't really much of a secret but here I go.) Let me make this very clear. If you're in the Quakertown area and are tired of the same old pizza, do yourself an enormous favor and order yourself the FAMOUS GRANDMA PIE.

This particular pizza takes the concept of the cheap, tasty and convenient slice to go and turns it into a truly delicious and noteworthy experience(a delight, if you will.) I understand the grandma pizza is nothing new but when I say that this place executes it perfectly, I mean it. Simply the perfect ratios of crust, cheese, amazingly savory and acidic tomato sauce(if you've never had tomato pie before, this sauce may blow your mind), garlic, basil and olive oil. Hats off to the Italian Delight crew for having this absolute GEM on the menu. Keep it up!

Disclaimer: please keep in mind, if you order this for delivery, it may take a little while longer than normal, as this pizza is cooked a little differently than a normal round pie. Please be patient! Good things are worth waiting for.

A co-worker and I each ordered a salad from Italian Delight for lunch today. Was super excited to try a new place. Ordered mine with grilled chicken. Get the delivery and no grilled chicken. So I call...the guy who answered proceeded to tell me I did not get charged and that grilled chicken does not come on the salad, when I was looking at the receipt and asked to pay extra for this to be added. And then he hung up on me. I called back to talk to a Manager, he said "no manager was in today", he told me to "call back later, I am busy". I said I would be over to speak to someone. He hung up on me again. 2 minutes later someone called back and offered to bring the grilled chicken because it was their error! I don't think we will order from there for awhile. Props to whoever called back and corrected it with me. He delivered it...

Disgusting! Will never do business here again!! Ordered cheese steaks with sauce, mozzarella sticks and a chicken cheese steak hoagie.. It took more than an hour for the delivery girl to get to our house, then surprisingly to find our cheese steaks had no sauce and our chicken cheese steak hoagie was not that but a cheese steak.. Everything was cold and the mozzarella sticks seemed to have solidified to a nasty hard texture... I also found a little bug in my cheese steak... Tried calling the owner to complain and request possibly new food and he started yelling at me stating everything was right and the order was correct... He literally yelled.. Some owner huh? Really a cares about his customers.... This place is a joke... And what a corny name for a pizza place.. "Italian Delight" Again what a joke.......
