I had a very unpleasant experience with here. Initially, I called to order cheesling-flavored wings, a flavor clearly listed on their menu. The staff member kept asking me what flavor I wanted even after I specified "cheesling." This confusion escalated when she inquired about the sauce, even though, in my experience, cheesling is a dry rub, not a sauce. When I mentioned that I usually don’t have sauce with cheesling, she abruptly hung up the phone.

Frustrated, I called back to inquire why my call was disconnected. Another employee answered, claiming that someone else had taken the previous call. It was baffling when she said she didn't know who had attended to my call just two minutes earlier. Upon my questioning, she promised to call me back in fifteen minutes, but I never received any further communication.

This experience was extremely disappointing. The first staff member was not only rude but also seemed unfamiliar with their own menu. The second employee appeared to be dishonest and unreliable. It's really regrettable that such a lack of professionalism and customer...

I order spicy original chicken by delivery. I order all the time I know it wasn’t the spicy chicken. I took the food back to the store , the lady said it is BBQ chicken spicy is have to order side or something else spicy. She said the spicy chicken is pepper on it. I say nooooo . The one I have she give me is regular original chicken, even my husband doesn’t eat spicy , he even say this is original chicken wasn’t spicy…. And on the receipt should say BBQ Chicken ( spicy ) but on my receipt says only BBQ chicken. Didn’t say nothing about spicy . I know she order me wrong and explain me spicy original is pepper and getting side dipping sauce . If I want dipping sauce I just order hot chicken ……….. last time I order have hair in there and took me 1 years later come back and buy it again , and this what I got ?? So telling me that over a year I don’t comeback buy chicken , the checked...

Normally go here for the wings and kimchi fried rice. It’s a hit or miss and depending on the chicken used in the kimchi fried rice ( in my opinion) the rice has its fats as well.

It does get awkward, when they stare you down to see if you will tip.

But today I went in and saw they were hiring, I called to ask ( I should have known better, but I tried my luck) and the lady told me there’s no hiring sign on the door and they’re not hiring. I told her I just saw the sign and she kept telling me no, then hung up.

I went to the store to follow up because I’m hoping it’s a mistake. But nope , it wasn’t a mistake and she explained to me that they do not hire Black people.

So that was awkward. Because in this great land , that was my first experience for that to happen .

At least if there’s racism , discrimination and all of that, the food should taste good at least majority...
