Watch out when you come to this establishment. We went as a family of 4 and the service was very subpar. Any time you would ask a question they seem very annoyed that they are being asking a question about there JOB. Next along with the service it is very slow and when you do the all you can eat the waiter seems to avoid you. Also staying on the topic of the all you can eat if one person does it everyone has to do it. The broth is not free like some other hot-pot places around and it’s around $18 for 2 broths. Also about the food safety the food come out on big dishes and most of the time raw seafood or fish is touching vegetables which is very unsafe. Also I would make a not that the kitchen staff isn’t wearing anything to be kitchen safe. They are wearing an apron and lots of outside clothes which can bring smells or bacteria in from the out side street. Secondly if you want to get boba the person making them was “raw dogging” the food and using no gloves. If you find your self in this Area wanting hot-pot there are so many cheaper and better options around. This place should have the health...
Read moreAlways been my favorite and go-to hot pot place to hang out with friends and family. Now imagine you’ve been denied of service in a cold rainy Friday at 5PM (lol not even a dinner rush) just because you’re a single customer when there’s literally 1 table of 2 that enjoying their meal, isn’t it a bit cruel? But please if you believe that single (LOYAL) customer not bring you any profit, please put a sign outside that said minimum 2 people party, so that I don’t have to be that disappointed. Staff said stuffs like “we’re changing tables, they’re reserved ect”. Right, when I confronted with her that she also have like at least 3 small tables left, she denies. Cool, thanks God Quincy is a very vibrant neighborhood with at least 10 hot pot places that ready to welcome me and my humble dollars. Sad but I guess I’m...
Read morePerfectly fair pricing for hot pot buffet, but fairly limited menu as well as misleading photos on their website. When my wife and I went for dinner, we were ignored by waitstaff the entire night, didn’t have our water refilled, our broth had boiled away almost entirely by the time they added more to the pot, we had to flag down staff to put in the order for another round, and when we wanted to pay, they didn’t come back for the check. The DID, however, follow me outside the store for not tipping enough to get me to write something in, despite the service really not warranting a tip in the first place. The epitome of a three star experience- food is fine but the experience...
