I’m very disappointed in one of the places that I actually go a lot. I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich with extra barbecue sauce. I’m a delivery driver so I only get a certain amount of time to pick up my dinner so getting a sandwich that is not appetizing to me and I even paid extra for the extra barbecue sauce. This is a $12 sandwich.
So I called back the restaurant explained to them that there’s like barely any barbecue sauce on this. I’m a delivery driver. I was wondering if you could just put a credit to my account because I go to you guys all the time I got put on hold to wear the woman that was on the phone Was literally talking about me to the other employee and had me hear the entire thing which was just outright disrespectful to talk about any customer in such a way that she did then she proceeded to tell me that she watched them put barbecue sauce on it and that there is extra barbecue sauce on it and told me that I was lying and I offered to take a video a picture of it This was just horrible horrible experience.
And I’m posting this with the photos so that way the management knows that they literally gave me a sandwich with nothing on it and then I got told that I couldn’t get a refund and I’d have to come pick up another sandwich after I explained to them that I can’t I’m just so disappointed in this place hopefully management will...
Read moreTERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered my kids dinner here after work for curbside, a large cheese pizza and large steak fries. Only to call when I arrived outside and be greeted with an awful attitude from the girl at the front. She hung up on me, then proceeded to walk outside and act like she couldn’t see where I was parked at even though she looked directly at me in my car. I called back to explain to her where I was parked and also to let her know that she looked directly at me. I also had my hazards on to signal which car I was in. She put the phone down and was talking to people in the background. When she came back to the phone and I asked for the order to be refunded as I no longer had interest eating food from a place with workers who are rude. Only for her to hung up on me AGAIN mid sentence. I called to speak to the manger and he told me “yeah she’s a little rude” and “he can’t control what people say”. Which as a manager it’s your job to control the professionalism of the establishment. If someone is known for being “a little rude” she should not be the face of the company. Read moreWe placed an online order the other night. We ordered two small egg and cheese wraps and one large (all size options were in their website). The order total with tax, delivery and tip was around $39. I was shocked when I logged into my bank and saw they charged us more than what was on my receipt. I immediately called the store and asked for the manager. They would not let me speak to the manager but asked me what it was about. I explained to her that my credit card was overcharged. She knew exactly what happened and it explained they did not “offer” small egg and cheese wraps (even though it’s on their website) so they had to add the charge onto my card. I told her you can’t just charge people’s cards more than what they authorize and if you need to change the amount you MUST notify the customer. She kept saying the same thing “we don’t offer small we had to add extra egg so we charge”. Not sure why they couldn’t just use less eggs and make the small.
