China Jade — Restaurant in Quincy

Please read, I don’t usually write reviews but. I have been coming here for over two years and I like the food. In that time there has always been a broken sign on the bathroom door. I remember once really needing to use the bathroom and the woman working there told me that it was broken and to use the Dunking Donuts which is two doors down. Today I come in and I see one of the workers, go in and use the bathroom which still has I broken sigh on the door. So I ask to use the bathroom, SILENCE.!, I ask again SILENCE.!, I ask for a third time they told me it’s broken. So I said, I just saw one of your workers use it. SILENCE..!! Hey I said I just saw one of your workers use the bathroom. So with much attitude the women said ok. When I finished, I mentioned that I was a long time costumer and why are they not letting people use the bathroom. Her excuse was that a Woman once cogged the toilet. Now I work on the road and sometimes finding a bathroom can be difficult. But not when I’m a paying costumer and not when I have been coming to the same place for over two years. I’ll let you be...

Unfortunately I have to give this restaurant a bad review.

I ordered a spicy chow ho fun which is a thick flat noodle and confirmed that with the cashier when I went in to pick up the order. I order the thick flat stir fried noodle and I receive the chow mein. Completely different kind of noodle, an unenjoyable texture.

I was told they made what I ordered and I paid and tipped. When I got home and opened the box, I got a mien, not a ho fun.

The chef and cashier both smiled at me knowing they made the wrong order and had no problem decieving me and taking my money and tip instead of having professionalism and integrity and informing me of their mistake.

Extremely rude woman and man at front counter. I made an order and went to pick and was immediately yelled at to put a mask on. No problem. I put one on as I had one in my pocket. Simple mistake. The woman continued to yell at me saying she just talked to me on the phone about this which was not the case. She mistook me as someone else and even when the misunderstanding was cleared they continued to shout. The man in the back came up standing behind her with arms crossed as she yelled to add to the intimidation. As a woman of color I cannot recommend this place as I felt a victim of prejudice. I didn’t argue just walk out and left my order bewildered. I will never go here again and I hope nobody else has to go...
