The general manager Jamie Yock is by far the most outstanding manager I have ever met. Out of all the sit down restaurants in Quincy none of them come close to Jamie. If you come in during a busy time you will see her running around doing every working position leading her staff in a manner that makes the staff look like their not breaking a sweat and I promise you when it is busy she will still make time for every customer and come around to talk to you. She puts the restaurants stress and busyness on her self and will work along side of her staff instead of just telling them what to do, you donāt see that much anymore. When itās not busy every time you walk in the restaurant without hesitation she gives you a greeting and will start a conversation with you like sheās known you for years. She makes sure your order is perfect and if for some reason if something happens she fixes the problem personally and will come out and personally apologize. She walks around the dinning room area always asking if she can get anyone anything or asking how your meal was or sometimes she will just have a conversation with you. When you leave she will always tell you to have a great day. Itās obvious that Jamie loves her job and takes her job seriously. In my opinion as a manager she goes beyond expectations. If you have the chance to meet Jamie I promise you will have an amazing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpon arrival I was greeted at the front counter, I was sad to find Fazoliās has removed MY FAVORITE item from their menuā¦. The delicious DOUBLE STACK LASAGNA 𤤠The scrumptious 13 layers of cheesy Heaven is no more. I had to order the regular lasagna with a side of hockey puck pepperoni pizza. My single layer basic lasagna was brought to my feasting table in a timely matter. The waitress stated my pizza would be done soon along with the breadsticks. There was no silverware clean so I guess I am supposed to use my GOD given chop sticks.. I asked for clean silverware and they were able to āscrounge some upā according to the workers. After eating several bites and realizing it will never compare to the 13 layers of cheesy Heaven I decided to go get my hockey puck pepperoni pizza waiting in the window. While waiting at the counter the drive thru wicked š§ of East Quincy, walked off and went to the back and stood and she didnāt want to help me. After the front cashier took the current order she was glad to slide over and give my š and breadsticks to me. Needless to say I wonāt be visiting another Fazoliās until you BRING BACK THE 13 LAYERS OF CHEESY HEAVEN š. I have a lot of stress in my life and eating the delicious 13 layers of cheesy Heaven was the only way to relieve my worries and sorrow.
Thank you and please BRING BACK MY ONE AND...
Ā Ā Ā Read more1st time at a Fazoli's. Perfect for pasta lovers. My daughter and I got the #17 Sampler, which included Lasagna, Cheese Ravioli, Spaghetti, and Chicken Fettuccine. All were good. The breadsticks were soft and warm. Service was good, then we were kind of left alone after we got our food, which came out quickly. We had mentioned to the order taker/cashier this was our 1st time so, a heads up on getting all our condiments, forks, ourselves etc. would of been nice. Then we cleaned up our own table and put the dishes in the take away buckets. Hoping that is what we were supposed to do. No clue. Most of restaurants chains now days are resorting to self service. Kinda getting used to just ordering then taking care of the rest ourselves. Reasonably priced. The environment was clean. The restrooms were...
