Terrible place to work as a driver they’ll make you learn everything on your own on what has to be done inshop when there is no deliveries scheduled. you have to use your own vehicle and you won’t be reimbursed which is illegal in Illinois and there two managers there where if you try and ask for help they simply won’t they say and I quote “I’m not telling you, you should all ready know” and it’s just a terrible place they also talk badly on everyone there no matter how good of a employee you are they'll always find one minor thing to complain about don’t work here you’ll Hate it. Also the food tastes terrible and is very dry. And they always make delivery orders last. So if you wonder why your delivery takes so long that’s why it’s not the drivers fault it’s the managers Please start actually reimbursing your drivers and treating them better and actually start training them instead of expecting them to learn it all on there own off the clock because that is not ok especially not reimbursing them You’re required to under “Illinois state law” to reimburse delivery drivers if they use their own vehicle [Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act (820 ILCS 115/9.5)] Oh yeah edit how could I forget they’ll also steal your tips too if one of the customers tip you more the 20 dollars they'll steal basically the whole thing and guess what you still get taxed on the full tip. and the mangers that steal the tip get to walk off with it tax free. Read moreOrdered three sandwiches, he repeated back all three and still only managed to get two on the order, one of the sandwiches we did get was supposed to have no lettuce, that instruction actually made it to the receipt yet the sandwich still had the lettuce. Both sandwiches were asked to be cut in half and guess what folks, they weren't. If anyone in charge actually reads this, the cashier name on the ticket was Kelsi and it was on August 24th at 11:33 am. But it was actually a guy who took the order, so she shouldn't have the blame.

Never greeted, just let you stand and wait until they’re ready to acknowledge you’re even there. When an employee finally came to the register to take our order we were just given a “what’s up.” When we were leaving there was on off the clock employee standing behind the counter in here gym clothes and sandles, with her stomach out and phone tucked into her shorts waistband while she was making her own food.
