A hole in the wall! Saigon Corner is perfect if you’re looking for a Hong Kong atmosphere and cuisine. As someone who has been to HK and has family from there, Saigon Corner is the one of the more authentic HK restaurants outside of HK out there. My mom and I come here a lot and it has become our little brunch spot. The food is great. The noodles are super chewy and full of flavor. The soups are so umami and is a great combo with the noodles. The servers speak Cantonese and Mandarin, and some English. I definitely recommend if you want some HK cuisine and vibe.
Feb 2025 update: they renovated the restaurant and it looks so beautiful. Way more comfortable for dining in and still just as delicious...

Unforunately, they were sold out of beef brisket this time since we went there right before closing (it's that popular!!), but I was equally happy getting the noodles with just beef tendons and wonton. Curry fish balls, wonton, and dumplings are must for appetizers. Highly recommend trying the rice dishes and their cold herbal teas too! This is the next best thing to home cooked meals and reminds me so much of childhood! Will definitely become a repeat customer to try out everything on the menu (but the beef stew and wonton noodles will always be part of the order 😋)
P.S. They make their own hot sauce...

Had a hard time communicating with the owners of the restaurant, but I was able to order what I wanted nonetheless. Got the black pepper steak, fried egg, and sausage over rice, but the overall quality of the food was not so great. Portions were huge, but the black pepper sauce was too overwhelming with artificial flavors. A good option to have when you’re really hungry, but not the best deal...
