Sofia Pizza House — Restaurant in Quincy

Last night i ordered through doordash for My Mother and I. I ordered the chicken parm with linguine, My Mother ordered the meat lasagna, and we were going to share a chese breadsticks order (the breadsticks were flat like cheesy bread, not breadsticks!) Our food was sour, i tasted the cheese on the chicken and i even decided to try the pasta alone but that too smelled sour! I went into the other room where my Mother was eating and before i could say anything she told me she couldnt eat her food because something wasnt right!! So i decided to call. A woman answered the phone (this was about 9:30 PM) i described what i mentioned above, and she was very rude to me! Saying that was impossible because she made the food herself THIS MORNING!!! I told her we didn't throw the food away yet and i wanted to bring it back so she can see it and smell it for herself, She said NO because its impossible for this to be true and i was offering to PROVE it! Finally at this point i said i dont even want a replacement because this place clearly dosent stand by their product, if they had i would have had the opportunity to come and bring the bad/sour food and got a replacement, but the lady was rude and told me she was not the owner and there is nothing she can do anyway. I asked her what her name was and there was a long pause and she said Anna or something like that, so she obviously lied about her name which also says they dont stand behind their food. I will never order from here EVER! This is not how you treat your customer. A huge waste of $40 that I'll never get back! I probably wont even get a reply, but i will be checking. Everybody should stay away, you'd be better off going to balduccis much better food...

I ordered nachos from here through grub hub and asked for extra cheese and extra salsa. I also ordered salt n vinegar chips. I did not receive extra salsa or extra cheese. Also, the chips I received weren’t even salt n vinegar, they were EXPIRED BBQ chips! Expiration date: 9/11/2018. Not that old but they still tasted awful, not to mention we’rent the ones I ordered. I contacted grub hub and they were more than accommodating. An associate told me he would call Sophia’s and see what happened. He spoke to the owner who insisted that he bought the chips today from the manufacturer which is a lie because I have the chips in my hand and I know how to read dates. Also said that I didn’t pay for the extra cheese or salsa so therefore did not get it. Whether I asked for extra cheese and salsa not the nachos still sucked. They were beyond dry. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. Also refused to give me a refund, so grub hub was nice enough to give me a $10 credit. I don’t like companies whose employees try to justify their wrong doings instead of trying to accommodate the customer who is giving...

dont trust uber reviews. 🤢🤮🤧🤮💩 I am currently sick af, dealing with severe heartburn and non stop diarrhea even 5 hours after eating pizza and the buffalo panini i ordered from here!!! I placed a order at around 10 pm saturday night, and its currently 4:34 am, i cant sleep from the food poisoning. Upon checking the chicken, i had not realized it was still effing pink! Disgusting! The pizza was also disgusting, as if it was made by a lazy stoned Neanderthal! It wasn't fully cooked, had no bubbles, no other cheeses, no herbs and they just slammed a whole can of pineapples on top. Like some D-heads! I used to like this place in recent years especially the sicilian pizza, but after today, and upon checking other reviews, it seems the owner or staff are rude entitled people that still think they live in bitter siciliy , so i no longer look forward to buy from here.
