We went in at about 6 pm on a Saturday night. They were busy, we were seated and then more people came in. Theres not much seating which is a bit of an issue. We had to flag someone down just to take our order. The two tables who came after us got their food before we did and by that time our dishes that were supposed to have sour cream and guacamole didnt because they ran out. They didnt have all the elements for the dish and served it anyways but with no discount for what we didnt receive. We waited well over 30 minutes for a chimichanga and sope. The menu is simple which is awesome but service shouldnt be this bad. Had to bother someone for our check and a refill. The food was good but the service was terrible. I can't understand how they can run out of food before they close... this needs to be addressed. Figure out how to make more because the more customers that are disappointed ... there wont be any to sustain the business. Owner, if you see this please order and make more food and hire more help. Expand the service and improve and it'd be worth the cost. If this place doesn't solve the problems it will only accumulate more problems and give the business to the competition nearby. Have some pride in this business and invest in it before you lose your customer base! I want to come back and I want this place...
Read moreSo we were told if we sat down if more people came in, they would have to sit with us at our table because we were only a party of two people. I don't understand why other people wouldn't wait for an available table like any other normal restaurant. I honestly feel like we were profiled and told that to get us to leave. It's too bad since we love over tipping for good service. I literally had a ten in my pocket for a tip for our server in hopes of an amazing experience and we could have a similar return. We came in thinking it was a friendly place. It unfortunately was not. It was actually really weird. Very creepy vibes as we were given our ultimatum. We're still in the middle of a pandemic. You can't force strangers to sit together for potential profit. If you don't have the tables that's your own lack of managing your establishment properly. Forcing people like that is super disrespectful and off kilter to smaller parties. I'm honestly embarrassed for them. They get a zero for customer service. Go there if you're looking for extra cringy energy. The place is absolutely...
Read moreSalsa. I first stepped in and up to the counter it took several minutes to be acknowledged, when I was it was a "here for pick up?" I said no dinning in, she went back to what she was doing. Eventely a young man came out a seated me. He was polite, friendly and did make me feel welcome. This is the 3rd time I have been here and the 3rd time they have been out of salsa. When I asked about their margaritas I was pointed to a slushy machine with a yellow-ish and pink-ish icey in them. When I asked if they had traditional margaritas I was told no. Nor dldid they have horchada. It did turn out latter that they did have salsa upon tasting it, it first of of all had been warmed before serving this was different from other salsas I gave had and seems to make the well blended flavors pop. When I asked for a glass for my beer sadly they use disposable plastic cups. When the food was brought out I was told to be careful not to touch the plate as it was hot from being in the oven while. While the plate was hot, the food was not. My enchiladas could have...
