Sugar Shack Sweet Shoppe — Restaurant in Racine

I would give NO stars if I was able! Absolutely ridiculous that whole my whole family is standing in line to order, my daughter asked to use the bathroom (9 years old with a medical reason for bathroom usage) and was told no, because she hadn't paid for her food first. Mind you, this is also after driving over 30 minutes, as we have MANY times, to frequent this particular business, as we have for MANY years. After expressing that I know it's for customers and we were literally getting ice cream as we spoke, the employee proceeded to tell us we could use the porto potty outside. DISGUSTING!!!! Can we say "I'm greedy and only care about money"????? Needless to say, after decades of being a customer here, I will no longer be spending my money in this business. New management only care about one thing, and it's NOT their customers.

I wish there could be one parking spot in from of your sweets shop FOR YOUR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS . I can honestly say I tried all Summer and Fall to patronize your business and everyone is parking in front of your business and walking over to Dewey's. I cannot find a parking place again today Friday 11/25/22 at 4:30PM. I drive around 3 times in front of your business and NOTHING opens up. This is the only place I get ice cream! They serve CEDAR CREST ice cream which is made right here in Wisconsin. Not only that they have amazing customer service. They make my special order for me with no problem. The owner is on site a lot which is so nice. If you want the best ice cream with awesome customer service this is the place to go! I give them a 10 out of 5. You will not be disappointed taking a visit to Sugar Shack....
